Why doesn't your reporting or commentary include the impact of short selling since it plays such a large role in individual securities pricing as well as market indices. With the advent of "short ETFs" the impact is growing. Why is this being ignored by almost all market reporters and media outlets. As "long" investors we are being ripped off by our brokers as they make money lending our securities to people that cause the price of the to go down. What's worse is the SEC is turning a blind eye to our rights and financial well being.
