I KEEP GETTING THESE **** SITES, I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED MANY MANY MANY TIME AND THEY WILL NOT STOP. CAN I BLOCK THEM?

I keep getting these **** sites....I have unsubscribed over and over. They will not stop sending to me.....Can I block them?????
