Also the face page is anemic looking. The font is light gray. You can't see how many emails are in spam. The thing isn't very visually appealing.

smaller area for ads as it forces me to go to the bottom of a letter and scroll to try to read the letter. Did not have that problem before
no longer can read a letter without going to the bottom and scrolling right, then scroll back up to read a couple words, drop to bottom to scroll left. This is because the area for the ad on the right of the screen is too large

do something to the new mail to open faster.
Inspite of my 4g connection, new mail takes a long time to load. Even to load this 'give feedback' page it took more than 3 minutes. do something to the new mail immediately to open faster, otherwise, i am seriously thinking of going back to older version or even close the yahoo account. I came back to new mail after quitting 3 or 4 times on your assurance that feed backs will be considered sincerely. but so far no proper rectification. please check the gmail for its fastness.

Allow for deletion of more trash mail.
Limit long scripted ads to upload before letting me see my mail. it takes too long and I'm usually in a hurry to find an email and have to wait for the ads to load before I can navigate through my emails. Feel free to add them at least five minutes after we are logged in...

let me use the old system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT load a different internet software onto a computer I do not own -
by taking away the blue e you have taken away my access to the email I have used for over 20 years. I had been very happy able to check my email from other computers but I can not add software to computers I do not own. Looks like Yahoo will no longer be of use to me.

Yahoo was jerky, continually freezing, and reluctant to allow emails in process of writing to be amended...not great when you are busy!!!

All of my regular contacts are now going to spam. I did not want to change to the new email suystem, if I had wanted that I could go to Gmai
I did not request nor want changes to my email. This new one is really a mess. Established and accepted contacts going to spam, undesired stuff ending up in the in-box. It is the height of hubris to ask continuously if the customer wants change, which customer continuously replies "maybe later," because that is the only negative answer permitted, and then force a change anyway. I must seek a different service.
