  1. Trash the "New Mail"

    The new mail is nothing but garbage filled with errors, missing links, and scam adds. The new design/format is worthless and unfix-able, just scrap the failed idea and focus on keeping the old, but actually working, mail service running smoothly.
    Send the new design to the trash heap where it belongs.

  2. Make it user friendly

    I'm a loyal user of Yahoo since last 30 year. With upgradation of software recently I'm unable to stay connected even when I moved to use other pages, I have to login again and receive to confirmation message from. As I used to your mail and cannot shift Google or other mail, please advise solution so that I continue to use Yahoo.

  3. Search is bad. No option to default to all email. AI summary is redundant. Buggy.

    I have an email that I can reply to and change the reply to address, but when I forward the same email, I keep getting a “cannot save as draft” message, and I’m unable to send the email. That must be a bug! I often have this issue where drafts fail to be saved and the email is lost. Also, search often returns bad results or misses obvious hits. There is no "red car" or boolean search. Sometimes when I try to keep loading older emails (scroll further down), the site doesn't refresh with more results. Can you just please…

  4. Inbox categories

    When inbox categories were introduced, they were fairly accurate in the beginning. Slowly, the sorting has regressed completely. It started with Social emails; they started showing up in the Primary category and now they all go into the Primary category and Social is empty every day. Next was Newsletters. Now, they're all being put in the Primary category. I may get a handful of Offers email in a day but most of those are showing up in the Primary category.   5. inbox categories

    When Inbox Categories were first introduced, my emails were, for the most part, being sorted into the correct categories. After using the system for a while, it seems like the sorting is nonexistent anymore. It started with "Social" emails. They slowly started moving into the Primary category. Now, I never get any emails in the Social category, they all go into the Primary. Next was Newsletters, now they all go into the primary category. Something is wrong with your AI or algorithm or whatever you are using to sort these emails into categories. I might get a handful of emails…
