1. Spam/Scam/Phishing Email Filters

   I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the current Spam Management system in Yahoo Mail.

   Currently, even though I have a comprehensive list of blocked/filtered domains and blacklisted keywords, these emails are still being delivered to my Spam Folder instead of being blocked entirely at the server level.

   The primary reasons for my complaint are:

   • Inefficient Manual Sorting: Because my Spam folder is constantly cluttered with emails I have already explicitly blocked/filtered, I have to manually sort hundreds of spam emails every day. I have to do this because I am worried that legitimate, important emails might be misclassified as spam and buried in the Spam folder.

   • Increased Risk of Error: Manually sifting through a "Spam" folder filled with hundreds of emails is not only time-consuming but also increases the risk of me accidentally deleting a genuine message or clicking on a malicious link while trying to clean the folder.

   • Ineffective Filter List: It is highly annoying that, despite having a "Blacklist", through "Filters" option, Yahoo Mail still allows those specific senders to reach my mailbox (even if it's just the Spam folder). A "Filter" should mean the email is rejected before it even reaches my account.

   I want all emails originating from my Filter List's domain names and emails containing my Blacklist Keywords to be stopped and permanently deleted at the server level. They should not reach my Inbox, and they should definitely not clutter my Spam folder.

   I need a clean environment where my Spam folder only contains "Potential" spam, NOT "Confirmed" spam that I have already marked as blocked/filtered.

2. Stop trying to be everything to everyone. It never works!!

   Stop tinkering w Yahoo Mail !!! You're making it a more and more and more difficult, cumbersome and useless mail tool. You should fire all of your programmers and start over. Start over back to where it was so user friendly and easy to be yahoo.com customer/user. !!! My mail is now way slower.... I have to sign-in every time I switch between my yahoo mail accounts, I hate the IA stuff. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I really don't want to switch to something else for my mail, but it is fast coming to the point where yahoo mail is no longer acceptable to me.

3. Bullets, indentations, and photo resizing don't work

   When I try to add bullets or sub-bullets in the middle of the text as I am composing an email, the cursor jumps to the top of the email and adds the bullet there or adds the indentation there. No reason for this. Bullets and indentations in text editors are 30+ year-old technology. Even yahoo used to get this right. But the "updated" yahoo doesn't seem to be stable on this issue.

   Similarly, if I paste an image into an email, I can't resize it. Whatever size the paste defaults to (which is usually huge) is what I'm stuck with. Again, previous version of yahoo made this simple. The current version makes this impossible. An OK work-around is to indent the image so the reader can easily jump beyond the image....guess what....I can't indent it either.

   Very frustrated with yahoo jumping back generations in its technical capabilities.

4. Mouse issues in Mail past 2 wks

   For past 2 wks., when using Mail, mouse functions are horrible! The problem is ONLY when using Mail. "Clicking" on anything is delayed or impossible, trying to highlight to copy/paste is nearly impossible. Like I said it's ONLY on Yahoo Mail.... NO OTHER links, sites, pages, etc. It's horrible! Oh besides the spam/scammers that Yahoo never blocks no matter how many times it's reported.

6. Login Code

   For the past month and a half, I have to have a code sent to an alternate email to verify my login. On every yahoo mail account.

   How long before this stops?????
