Yahoo app
Something has changed with the Yahoo app and now you can only see different categories of emails instead of all your emails that come in in the order they arrive. I really don't like this because it disrupts the way I organize and prioritize my emails. Please restore an option to have it the "old" way. Thanks! And, I would suggest that you give some warning before you change the format of the app again. At first I thought it was just not working or that I had lost lots of mail.

I have my contacts synced to yahoo yet when I go to type a name in half the time it says the contact is not there. I tried creating a contact list and it says they're not there when I know they are and I've used these peoples contacts many times. I tried importing my contacts directly into yahoo but it only accept csv files which my phone does not create anymore, they use a vcf.

WTF is happening with the SPAM in Yahoo Mail! its like its turned off i have now had over 50 Spam emails in the past week that are not being filtered and they are easy to spot! fix this soon Yahoo or i'll be moving everything to Gmail and deleting my account

Deleting too many/wrong e-mails
Occasionally, when I search for a given "sender," making sure to select "Inbox" and "Sender," then "select all," then delete them, I look at the Trash folder and find that other e-mails, having nothing to do with the desired search item are there as well. I have to sort the Trash, then select only the desired ones, to ensure that "good" e-mails aren't deleted; the "good" ones are then restored to the Inbox. This happens on rare occasion, but, today (Nov 4, 2024), I could have lost half my "good" e-mails! Something is wrong either with the selection widgets or…

Spam not Spam: I have seen this posted before, but can't vote. Certain of my senders - including my bank(!) emails are always in my spam folder. I have tried adding domains to safe and such, but nothing changes. Is it me?

Yahoo Calendar as of 2024 Sep 14th, isn't sending updates to status for "Meeting Invitations" received from Outlook-or-Google Calenders!
It's Saturday, 2024 Sep 14th as I write this. I just spent half-a-day trying to send "Meeting Invitations" from Outlook Calendar, and from Google Calendar, to Yahoo. Yahoo Mail and Calendar can receive the event, BUT the meeting organiser never gets a status-update about the Yahoo user's "Yes", "Maybe", or "No" in the "Meeting Organiser's" electronic calendar.
What happens is an email is received from the Yahoo invitee's Yahoo Calendar, BUT the status never updates in the "Meeting Organiser's" Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar event!
Yahoo needs to check the ".ics" file transmitted from Yahoo Calendar as an RSVP reply,…

"Add an option in "Settings/Viewing emails" to allow the user to increase the font size. This option already exists in "Settings/Wriuting emails" but it doesn't exist." This is a very good idea. When will Yahoo take any action to improve/correct this issue?

SPAM FILTERS THAT WORK
When I set up filters for spam, they are not blocked. Please fix it so filters actually filter. I don't know what happened to Yahoo Mail or how my email was compromised, but I am sick of getting the same spam **** even after setting filters.

The new add placement makes it almost impossible to check my mail.
Having a split screen where the ads are displayed in the side works much better than trying to insert them between emails in a moving list. it almost totally freezes my computer with the new programing. Please do something I can't see the emails or the ads. and the pop up of WAIT or Colse pops up almost every other mouse moovement I make. Very bad... please work on fixing it it freezes my screen and only in Yahoo not in other programs so it is within Yahoo.com mail system thanks
