Don't use this AD on your page, which tried to steal my Yahoo login information!
Ad was at the top of my inbox, designed to look like an email with a box and when I clicked the box to 'check' it to delete, it opened a new window with a page that looked like a spoof of Yahoo and wanted me to login to verify my credentials. Does no one check these ads before accepting? Ad was called 'Kethly Smith: Chesapeake Seniors Discover Retirement Benefits. I have a screenshot of the ad, if needed but it changed to a new ad before I could screenshot the link page.

Many of your customers have had a Yahoo email address for decades, for life, and our emails contain an archive of our lives and correspondence. We've had over a decade of access to '1TB' and most people don't use that much, so why are you forcibly reducing it to a pitiful 15GB? While most people might not use 1TB, we certainly do use more than 15 accumulated over decades of use, and suddenly you want us to erase our lives almost overnight?

Make it work again
The new Yahoo Mail on Safari is terrible. The scrolling of the messages is not smooth. I can't access the unread button, which is now buried under the three dots. The colors are too bright and not customizable as they used to be. The whole experience was downgraded. And instead of fixing it, you are adding gamification features. Makes no sense at all.

Cancel new low storage limit
The recent sudden and abrupt significant decrease in the mail storage limit from unlimited to 15GB, and with just a very limited time to reduce the storage after more than 20 years of emails - is extremely unreasonable.
I have been using Yahoo mail for more than 20 years, and back in the days emails were used so that you could access your documents online eg. for travels etc. I have a few times storage used that's over the new limit, and reducing it with such a short notice is impossible and unreasonable.
Yet Yahoo is not making it easy…

Confusing layout with chain emails
I run a small business and so communication is critical. I've been using Yahoo for several years and whatever changes that were most recently made has made chain emails / conversation threads extremely confusing to read in order and/or locate the most recent response from the sender to my inbox.
I need to have a clearcut sorted conversation thread in order by date, newest up to and oldest towards the bottom. What I'm finding is a confusing layout where new messages composed are towards the bottom and older messages are up top OR are unable to be located period. I've… -

Calendar format is disappointing.
The garish monthly view with abbreviated titles is a step backward. Now calendar is just like others available anywhere online. The monthly grid view was perfect, with weeks of stuff I needed to know on my laptop without anything shortened. Now we have to click on everything to open everything. I relied on flags to get my attention. Now flags don't show until the title is opened. I'm still disappointed daily. I suppose everthing must bow to how things appear on a phone app.

False advertising teases
Your embedded ads (that appear natively as 'messages') are often blatantly false. Ads such as 'A message just appeared in your Inbox. Click here to open.' are intentionally deceptive. The policy that allows this is degrading to the Yahoo brand. Do you care?

Mail Plus Subscription
I have been a long term subscriber of Mail Plus on the legacy pricing. I accidentally cancel the plan and I am unable to resubcbribe it again. This is frustrating as I have been a subscriber for more than 10 years.
I hope that Yahoo Management can assist and support this case.

An Essential function of yahoo mail got disappeared
Yahoo Contacts used to have a “select all” and bulk delete function, but in the new interface this feature is missing or inaccessible. This makes it extremely difficult to manage contacts efficiently.
Please restore a proper bulk management feature. -
