3. Advertisements that look like emails

   I have a problem with you allowing Advertisers to put a square icon on the left side of the email headline on the inbox view. It is too hard to differentitate an ad from a true email and has, on more than one occasion, caused me to click on a link that took me to a dangerous site. Thank goodness, Avast prevented the connection, but if I ever get a virus or a trojan horse from clicking on an ad when I think I'm clicking on an email, you'll hear from my lawyers.
   IDEA: Prevent advertisers from deceiving us by prohibiting anything that makes an ad look like an email.

4. BRING BACK INBOX SEPERATION

   NEW MAIL IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Now I can't differentiate dates of emails easily, as they used to be sorted with spacing in between them such as, "Last Week", "Earlier in 2026", "2025", etc!

   Why would you change this?? And now the 'Basic" email doesn't even show this!!!

5. Empty inbox images

   I suggest that you allow for an inbox image for when it's empty. Give us a few choices os fun images to encourage an empty inbox. (It would also help to push those scam ai product ads that constantly repeat, to the bottom of the page.)

7. Visual improvement for the main yahoo e-mail page

   Hi,
   Thank you for your existence and your good services, I am your customer for about 3 decades. :)
   Concerning the new rules imposed regarding the space allocated for each user (the max. 15 Gb / user rule) my idea for you is to post an instrument right in the main page of each customer's e-mail (like... in a corner of the page or in the upper part of the yahoo mail page) so that the user can monitor how much Gb he has used out of the 15 Gb limit. Could be something like a car speedometer , or something like a bar with different colours as the mail is getting stuffed up (green up to 4 or 5 Gb, yellow between 5 and 12 Gb and red 13 Gb to 15 Gb)... or something like that! :)

   Yes, I know that users can check their usage of their 15Gb limit but they really have to search for it in 4 to 5 steps - and it sucks. A customer should see it right in the first page , it should stick to his/her eyes like a soar thumb! :)))

9. Don't use this AD on your page, which tried to steal my Yahoo login information!

   Ad was at the top of my inbox, designed to look like an email with a box and when I clicked the box to 'check' it to delete, it opened a new window with a page that looked like a spoof of Yahoo and wanted me to login to verify my credentials. Does no one check these ads before accepting? Ad was called 'Kethly Smith: Chesapeake Seniors Discover Retirement Benefits. I have a screenshot of the ad, if needed but it changed to a new ad before I could screenshot the link page.

    Many of your customers have had a Yahoo email address for decades, for life, and our emails contain an archive of our lives and correspondence. We've had over a decade of access to '1TB' and most people don't use that much, so why are you forcibly reducing it to a pitiful 15GB? While most people might not use 1TB, we certainly do use more than 15 accumulated over decades of use, and suddenly you want us to erase our lives almost overnight?

    You already implemented ads. Now you are charging use to access what we used to have for free. STOP IT.

14. Make it work again

    The new Yahoo Mail on Safari is terrible. The scrolling of the messages is not smooth. I can't access the unread button, which is now buried under the three dots. The colors are too bright and not customizable as they used to be. The whole experience was downgraded. And instead of fixing it, you are adding gamification features. Makes no sense at all.

17. Cancel new low storage limit

    The recent sudden and abrupt significant decrease in the mail storage limit from unlimited to 15GB, and with just a very limited time to reduce the storage after more than 20 years of emails - is extremely unreasonable.

    I have been using Yahoo mail for more than 20 years, and back in the days emails were used so that you could access your documents online eg. for travels etc. I have a few times storage used that's over the new limit, and reducing it with such a short notice is impossible and unreasonable.

    Yet Yahoo is not making it easy to filter/ sort mail with the largest size, despite the instructions (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36715.html). Even if filtered by images or attachments, there is no way to tell how large they are to prioritise which emails to delete quickly. This is cunning and unacceptable.

    Moreover, a lot of emails from businesses have photos/images in their email signature, but again, there's no way to tell how large these emails are. This is again really unreasonable and unfair. It seems like you just want to get people to pay for everything by not having functions to manage storage easily, which is deceitful, if not low.

    I have spent hours and hours in the past few days, when I have other more important things to do, deleting emails but it's too hard given the way Yahoo has made things difficult as described above. I worked so hard to do so and went to bed at around 7am trying to do this all night, without the sort by largest size function.

    I mentioned to the Yahoo Customer Care Facebook messenger that I have low vision due to retinal detachment and now cataract and this intense looking at computer is straining my eyes, making double vision worse and I can't see too well already! But I don't want to not be able to use my email as I have >20 years' contact and information here, so imposing this drastic change is really unreasonable and unfair. And this is health risk and hazard with my eyes, even a person with no vision issue would find this ridiculous.

    Please make things easy put in a sort or filter function by email/ attachment size, which is available with other email providers. Otherwise, just cancel the email storage limit changes all together because this is really unreasonable.

18. Confusing layout with chain emails

    I run a small business and so communication is critical. I've been using Yahoo for several years and whatever changes that were most recently made has made chain emails / conversation threads extremely confusing to read in order and/or locate the most recent response from the sender to my inbox.
    I need to have a clearcut sorted conversation thread in order by date, newest up to and oldest towards the bottom. What I'm finding is a confusing layout where new messages composed are towards the bottom and older messages are up top OR are unable to be located period. I've been tolerating this for a while now thinking that Yahoo would clean this up but it hasn't happened yet and it's very concerning, enough-so that I am tempted to go to Gmail, which is why I choose Yahoo years ago because it was more user-friendly vs Gmail.
