  1. Password Change Process

    Why is changing a password so hard? I had gotten a notification on my phone saying that someone logged into my account, I successfully removed the person off my account but as I was in the process of changing my password all that came up was "use your email" or "use your phone" to sign in. This is helpful to use but that's not what I wanted. I want to change my password and every time I tried to it doesn't give me the option I'm looking for.   2. I am getting mail failure one to one ratio.How to change password.Most urgent

    I am realy more up due to failed mailed.I am getting failed mail more than 60%.This is very much troublesome.I though that this problum may be solved by changing pass word but there is no option to change password.When searched on Google it says go to security than you can change but it is not there in security also.
    Kindly help me.

  8. I cannot filter e-mails directly from the Inbox!

    My work requires me to subscribe to dozens of mailing lists. Yet the new and "improved" mail does not allow me to filter the large volume I receive directly from the Inbox like the old one did.

    This renders Yahoo Mail essentially unusable.

  9. NO automatic email forwarding with this new yahoo mail

    I need automatic email forwarding but this new yahoo mail does not have that option. There is also no option to use the classic yahoo mail.

  14. I cannot log automatically onto my laptop, I have to get authorisation via mobile everytime! So time consuming

  15. Unlinking Yahoo mailboxes

    1. This company clearly values profits over its customers and it shows.
    2. If you have a problem which they have not addressed in the FAQ's there is absolutely no way to talk to them without paying. This is ridiculous, as it is not uncommon to do this, as their FAQ's are not extensive. This is the stupidest and most harmful policy to customers, and I can't believe that any company would be so callous towards the needs of its customers.

    We recommend account key as a more secure form of verification but we recognize that it may not be convenient for everyone. Please note that you can disable account key and return to password sign in. Please see the steps to do so below:

    Manage Account Key from a web browser

    - Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
    - By “Yahoo Account Key,” click Manage.
    - Click the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.
    - Optionally, click Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.

    - From your Account Key enabled app, tap the Menu icon Image of the side menu icon.
    - Tap the Account Key icon Image of the Account Key icon..
    - Tap Manage Account Key.

  20. How long emails stay in trash.

    I may have deleted an email that contained important information. I don't know, because I can't tell how long it is until my trash folder gets cleared. I would very much like to change this in settings. For example, I would set it to delete emails after they've been in there for a month, so if it takes me a few weeks to realise I've deleted an important email, I can still get it back.

    By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.

    Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
    Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days.
