  1. Forced to use 2 step verification even when it's turned off!!!!

    When 2 step sign in option is turned off I shouldn't have to use 2 step verification!!!!!!!!! YAHOO SUCKS!!!!!!!

  2. Embedded Images

    How do I see the embedded images. Yahoo !HELP said I should change to RICH TEXT format by clicking on the T+ in the toolbar, but I can't seem to find it. Please HELP!

  3. TOO MUCH SPAM MAILS

    numerous unwanted and spam mails are flooding my Inbox. The most agonising aspect is even after unsubscribing and moving to spam folder , the same mails are dropped in my inbox. I am a Yahoo mail user for more than 4 decades. You can verify. There is a serious lapse in your filtering mechanism. Already sent mail to helpdesk. Pl resolve at the EARLIEST and provide me some solace. In this process I am losing some of my genuine mails.

  4. Alphabetize sender in email received

    Hello,
    Why can I not alphabetize the senders of my email anymore. It was a very easy way to delete the mail that I did not want or intend to read.
    If I am missing something I really look forward to your telling me what it is.

  5. No prior notice received about data deletion due to inactivity

    I was unable to check my Yahoo Mail for more than a year because of personal circumstances. When I accessed my account today, I was dismayed to find that all of my emails, folders, and contacts had been removed. I was not informed of this data removal policy beforehand, nor did I receive any alerts on my recovery email. I would be truly grateful if my account data could be restored.

    The amount of spam coming through your servers is a joke and the technology you have should be able to stop the spam.. its 2025 and not 2001
