  4. email not working properly

    I've been trying to use my account, reset passwords, and login for past two days, and now I have to pay for help. What happened Yahoo? I can't make any changes in my settings as the tabs are no longer there.

  6. Spam getting through regularly

    Over the past couple of months, obvious spam has been getting through your filters on this account, sometimes two or three a day. Before that, it was rare. This is an account I rarely use, so the question is how do spammers know about it??

  7. Ads

    We should be able to opt out of certain ads on our email home page. I do not want certain ads popping up on my home page. I know that we have to have those annoying ads on our screen, but we should be able to opt out of ones we find offensive for some.

  9. spam

    I didn't used to get SO MUCH SPAM in my inbox. What has happened and why is so much spam getting through and not being routed to the spam folder? I've asked this question before. I also see where numerous other people have asked the same question. Why has this not been addressed?

  10. Stop with all the ads!!!

    Why does this new Yahoo have so many ads? I get ads in the side bars, ads at the top of my email list, ads in the middle of my email list, ads at the top of emails themselves! Stop with putting ads everywhere!

  11. Stop accepting ads from TEMU, a Chinese company!

    Temu is owned by the CCP. It is being used not only to sell cheap **** but to harvest information to be used by the Chinese for God knows what purposes. PLEASE do not expose Yahoo! users to this threat. I once accidentally clicked on a Temu ad on Yahoo! Mail, and now I am receiving spam e-mails from Temu. PLEASE RESIST THIS INTRUSIVE THREAT.

  12. "Enable large text size" works fine. However, once it's done, I can't undo that option, can't see that option in settings anymore.

  17. PLEASE allow to restore the interface to English, and left-to-right writing!!! The NEW geography-based settings are HORRIBLE!!

  18. Blocked email login (1 hour waiting time)

    Yahoo often blocks access to my email account with a one hour waiting time.
    Super annoying as I cannot see any good reason why. Their statement to protect my account is absolutely nonsense.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  19. It is extremely frustrating to be regularly locked out of email for an hour. This is because I use "In Private" browsing when opening emails

    I already use 2 factor authentication and I'm regularly asked to "prove I'm not a robot" so that should be plenty of security. Very frustrating Yahoo Mail! I have had to resort to "In Private" browsing, because attachments often fail to load to me email in normal browsing. Here's hoping Yahoo Mail will sort out this problem before I decide to move email provider. Furthermore, it seems to be impossible to contact a customer service person to talk about resolving this issue AND when I try to log it online, it keeps looping me back to the front screen so…
