  2. my two step sign in disappeared. where is it?

    I appreciated the security - though at times irritating. This morning I noticed my two-step sign in was GONE and my icon on banner for Yahoo! was gone.

  5. Avatar issues

    The avatar which I added to my account (my logo) does not show up in emails I send to other people. The avatar on my emails is a photo of my initials which I did not add. I want to use my logo in both places but cannot find a way to do it. Please help! :-)

  7. Closing isn't always saved

    In settings, I use the closing method... but when I change the message (daily) I use three different accounts... two of which use the same message, the third is different... I change the color to same on all three... I copy the message from the first and, using "select all", I paste the same message in the second account... sometimes the changes take and sometimes not... any idease?

  9. Allow Yahoo Mail Plus settings to be enabled on app and mobile

    I signed up for Mail Plus specifically because I get tons of spam emails and I want to be able to block them not just trash them. However the only way to change the settings you can use with is on a desktop which I don’t have. With most people replacing desktops with tablets and phones this seems like Yahoo is a little behind. I’ll be canceling my plus subscription until they can get with current trends.

  10. For security reasons, I want to change my Yahoo ID / username / email address but keep all of my data.

    For security reasons, I want to change my email address but keep all of my data. Please add the ability to change our Yahoo ID / email address / username.
    It could be limited to once a year or so, but we need this to keep our accounts secure when the sign in email has been exposed and is being attacked.

  12. Don't put a cap on how many email addresses can be listed as spam.

    I find it very frustrating that there is a 500 email address cap on spam emails. The amount of spam emails that come in daily are out of this world. I find putting a cap on what can be marked as spam ridiculous seeing as how if you want to add more you would need to remove a name from the list of 500 so they can continue to send you spams. 80-90% of the emails I receive in a day are spam. In the new updates the cap needs to be removed.

  14. You should offer the option of having the inbox display the ACTUAL email address that each email comes from, instead of who they claim to be

    You should offer the option of the inbox displaying the ACTUAL email address that mail comes from, instead of what that person WANTS you to believe it is from. So, an email claiming to be from COSTCO, which is actually from addllkneionagon@gmail.com can easily be determined (even by persons with little computer literacy) to be spam. Protect your users!

  15. Notifications with Yahoo Mail app and IOS do not work at stated

    I have an iPhone11 and an iPhone 15 Max Pro, and both have the app Yahoo Mail

    Your instructions for having sound notifications work with an Apple device are incorrect.

    Let's say I want the Yahoo Mallot as the sound for mail to my @yahoo.com account and a different sound for all others. it's not possible to do what I just asked.

    It's not even possible to get the Yahoo Mallot to be an IOS email tone.

    I hope people realize that if these features are being talked about with investors that they know it's smoke and mirrors.

  16. NEED YAHOO IN ENGLISH not Spanish

    Yahoo, your "help" is NOT very helpful. I think you should NOT change the language just because we are traveling. Leave it up to the user to choose the language. My goodness! This is taking me SOOOO long to figure out. My husband just said, "Why are you using Yahoo? Change to gmail. I don't have that problem." Good point!

  19. block domain

    Although I blocked a domain (uk. o r g) quite a while ago, recently emails from that spammer started making it into my spam inbox. Yesterday I re-entered that domain in my settings block list. Today their spam is in my regular inbox. Does the domain blocker no longer work? Their stuff is really annoying and prolific.

    Hi there. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! Spammers are constantly evolving their practices and blocking their email addresses/domains does not help much as they are mostly sending emails from spoofed addresses or they send the same content but from different email addresses, which makes it look like they are coming from the same email address/domain. Marking them as Spam teaches your personal filter to recognize them as Spam. You can also create filters, here's how: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/filters-organize-yahoo-mail-sln28071.html
