I keep getting security alerts
I keep getting security alerts that I am signing in on an unknown computer and it makes me get a code. I don´t want that. I only have two computers that I use all...the...time. Why does it not recognize my computers and stop asking me to get a code!!!!

Ctrl + F5
It would be nice to be able to use the Ctrl + F5 to refresh the web page to the Inbox, like it was previously. Thank you.
Try using Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the mail page

SMART VIEWS
WHEN YOU DELETED SMART VIEWS YOU RUINED THE ONLY THING
THAT MADE YAHOO DESIRABLE YOU NEED TO RESTORE ITFirst please try clearing your cookies cache and history, also you can try using a different browser.
After that, you should be able to see the “Views” section just under “Inbox”, “Unread”, or “Trash” folders. Just click on Show and you will be able to see your photos or documents.

Search doesn't show what folder the results are from
Repose from Yahoo not true just shows Yahoo/undefined. How is that the name of the folder?????????
This is horrible set up.

why won't yahoo mail memorize my login?
Why won't Yahoo Mail memorize my login (i.e., email address)? It used to, and my password was memorized, too, so logging into Mail was easy. Now, I have to type my email address every time. My password is still memorized, so why isn't my email address/login memorized?
In addition, I don't have a cellphone, so your repeated attempts for me to give you a cellphone number "to secure my account" can't ever be completed. Why doesn't your code acknowledge that there are still a few people who don't have cellphones?

yahoo is bullying its users
When I enter my address and Yahoo is insisting that I give them my phone number I call that bullying. I don't want to give them my phone number. I have just tried to get in and there was no cancel button. Bully, Bully Bully. I came out and went it again and it was okay.

your new upgrade forces me to sign in each and every time I want to open my email, despite have the "keep me signed in" checked. Please fix
Why do I have to sign in each time I open my email account. This is a total pain!
Can you try accessing your account from a different browser and tell us if the same issue happens?

How do you expand the top to show more emails? I don't care when I got them I want them to show!
How do you adjust for a larger show of emails received? I don't care what day I got them just want more than a couple to show. Tried the arrows to lower the bottom screen but it didn't work.
Click on Settings on the right side of your email screen and under “Message Layout” select List. Also, if you scroll a bit more down on the settings you will see that you can select under Inbox Spacing the Small option. This will enable you to see more emails.

Not Receiving E-mail
When sending emails to user@yahoo.com from my domain emails are not being received and no errors also after 4 days can someone tell me who can i speak to as can't find any help contact
When emails aren’t received, there’s a few things to check:
- Make sure the sender isn’t getting an error
- Check your settings to see if senders may be getting blocked or filtered

Make it secure. And more visually attractive.
I'm not impressed with the forced new look on email. And the web address line continually says Not Secure. Really, Yahoo? Of all the things I do online, I EXPECT my email to be private AND secure. So far, when I close out of the new email page, I need to shut Yahoo down and restart it to see the front Yahoo news page. Rather underwhelmed with the "improvements" so far. Making Google mail seem more attractive. I feel like it has gone from steak dinner to cotton candy.
Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies and if the issue persists try using a different browser.

jitter
When navigating an email, i.e. scrolling to position a link in order to click on it, the view jumps back up to the top of the email. Totally annoying! There is no "Switch to Basic" in Settings>More Settings.

I lost all of my mails
I don't know what happened, but today I noticed that all of my mails have disappeared.
(I noticed a pop-up which mentioned something about "... 12 months...", but -for once- I didn't entirely read the message and just closed it)Somebody has an idea what could have happened?
If you did not sign into your account within 12 months the account is deactivated and the mailbox purged. Unfortunately, the missing emails cannot be recovered.

I am not receiving emails. It's making me miss deadlines and keeping me from receiving important information. Please help.
I can send emails but when someone tries to send me an email either I get it a half a day later or not at all. If someone tries to respond to an email I sent them, an incorrect email address comes up in the "To:" address line and I don't receive those emails either. Please help!
If you’re not getting emails from a specific sender, it may be because they are sending to the wrong address or they are getting an error message when sending to you. If this is the case, you will need to have them reach out to our Postmaster department to try and get it fixed. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.
