  1. YAHOO NOT WORKING!!!!!

    This e-mail server is not working anymore....I can not delete my e-mails without the spinning wheel and it won't stop. What is going on???

  2. yahoo mail keep opening popup for fake flash updates

    It's days that yahoo web mail (used from Safari 12 on a MAC) keep opening popup of scamming website asking to update adobe flash.

    My mac is not infected by anything and the only website opening such popup is yahoo web mail....

  3. I try to make sure i indicate to NOT keep me signed in. Yet the past several days, when I go into my email, there is no check for password+

    I try to make sure I indicate I DO NOT want to stay signed in for 2 weeks. The last several times I have checked my email; It bypasses the sign in and password page. I really want to go thru sign in and password.

    Please clear the browser cache and cookies. If the issue persists make sure you do not have a bookmark saved of the mail page. If you do, please remove it.

  4. my inbox count of two new unread messages, yet i can not see the message.

    i have notice in my inbox count of two new unread messages, yet i can not see the message. i have tried to delete caches, cookies and changed browsers and update app, still the same thing.

    i wonder if the two messages are yet to be delivered to my box

    If you have the mail conversation thread enabled that might explain why you are not seeing the messages. Usually, in the inbox next to an email subject you will see a number (2 in your case) which indicates that the new emails are there.

  6. Downsizing of Photo Attachments since Yahoo went down yesterday

    Since Yahoo went down yesterday I have had my attachments of pics downsized so when I try to send by my email: a photo to a contact they are small with bad definition. How do I contact Yahoo to advise? I've just gone round and round the help section without being able to contact a help centre!

  7. I can't delete emails...?

    I use this email as a junk/spam email and it's lagging so badly I can't delete any. I delete the emails and refresh or log back in and the deleted ones pop back up.

  8. Fault with my emails

  9. Undo of the last few keystrokes.

    On more than a few occasions, my fat fingers have hit a more than one key at a time, resulting in a "select all" followed by any random alpha key. This effectively replaces my entire draft email with that last solitary key stroke.

    An "undo" of at least a few key strokes would have saved me many an hours work.

  11. Privacy option to change location settings not working

    The privacy option link "change location settings" is not working. The button to change privacy options MUST be working, also regarding how Oath uses my location in order not to go against users rights. Please fix the bug.

    Most Yahoo accounts end in “@yahoo.com”. The domain extension is the “.com” part. Some older accounts have a different extension depending on the location and language where they were created. You can no longer create accounts with Yahoo domains other than “@yahoo.com”.

    If you have a Yahoo ID with a different local domain, like “@yahoo.co.uk” or “@yahoo.fr”, make sure you include the correct domain extension–the “.co.uk” or “.fr” part–when giving out your email address. If an email is sent to the wrong domain, it won’t be delivered.

  13. When I click on an email it highlights it then jumps to another email and I have to search for the one I clicked on!! That's stupid !!~

    PLEASEE STOP MY EMAIL FROM JUMPING AROUND! i CLICK ON ONE , IT HIGHLIGHTS IT THEN JUMPS TO ANOTHER EMAIL AND i HAVE TO SEARCH FOR THE ONE I WANTED - THAT JUST ISN'T RIGHT. i SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO SEARCH FOR AN EMAIL i JUST CLICKED ON!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE ME MY OLD FORMAT BACK

  14. send button missing

    Where is the Send Button? I have wasted a lot of time and trashed messages trying to deal with this. Mail Pro is useless; go back to the old format. Why does this show up over and over and over and over again in the list of complaints? FIX IT!!!!

    Hello! I'm having a problem emailing myself pictures, etc from my phone. First, my message would show up as spam and I could get it from there. I was careful to use the "not spam" feature in hopes that future messages from myself would go to my inbox. But instead my messages from my phone stopped showing up at all. Tried it again recently, and my messages to myself are getting sent to spam. Again I used the "not spam" feature. How can I convince Yahoo mail to stop interpreting my messages from my phone as spam?   16. wrong phone number in email

    I need help to get the incorrect phone number I see when I send an email . I went to the security page and the number listed for my account is the correct number. However, I still see an incorrect number showing up when I send an email. I do not want someone elses number sent to people. Please post instructions on how to get the correct phone number to show up in my sent emails. Yes I see the correct number on the security page.

    Please make sure the incorrect phone number is not listed in your email signature. You can follow the steps here to edit your email signature in webmail: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN28060.html If you are using a third-party email app make sure the phone number is removed from the settings.

    When I send an email the phone number it sends is not my number . I need to know how to get the incorrect number off of my email and put my correct number on it. Please post information of how to edit what number shows up when an email is sent.

    Thanks for reaching out. In order to change your phone number, go to the Yahoo Account security page and click on Phone numbers. To be able to delete the current phone no, you will need to add another one and then you will be able to erase it. Thanks!

  19. Failure Notice

    I have for the past weeks notice that most of my mails i sent often return not delivered with a Failure Notice subject.
    This is a typical error message i get "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

    aonyeanakwe@gmail.com:
    Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up.

    --- Below this line is a copy of the message."

    This has seriously affected my communications because i will be thinking a mail i sent has being sent only for me to get an error message. Please help me resolve this error.

  20. I need instructions on how to get the incorrect phone number that is sent from my yahoo.com email. Somehow someone elses number got linked.

    It would be helpful if yahoo would post how to get an incorrect phone number off of an account. When I send an email it is sending someone elses phone number. I want my own phone number to be sent from my email. Thank You.
