where is the world is the scroll bar? It recently disappeared completely!
Scroll bar has just about disappeared completely from yahoo mail. Until several days ago I could only read about 15 emails or so, then an Up arrow would appear, then I had to go all the way to the top for the scroll bar to reappear. Now that arrow is gone and I can't get the scroll bar to move around in mail at all. I think Yahoo is trying to coerce me into buying the upgraded version!!

How about making it WORK?? Firefox works on all other internet connections, but fails with Yahoo. I'm ready to find a new email provider!
Why do all other internet connections work just fine?? But you report "No internet connection"? Or I get gateway time out errors?

I am losing e-mail when I mark it as unread. In the last few days I have lost 6 important e-mails, I've checked everywhere for them

Hi there. The correct email address would be the one that is able to receive emails. Despite being able to sign in using both domains attached to that username, when giving out your email address to senders, you'd need to give them the one with the correct domain in order to receive their emails. Email domains cannot be edited. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

I am not able to receive recovery mails sent by Facebook. I think my mailbox was recycled. Please unsuppress FB so I can receive mails. TY
My original email id was with '@yahoo.com' domain name. I used the same to create my FB account. Somewhere around 2013 my email id domain was changed from '@yahoo.com' to '@yahoo.in' by yahoo. Since then I have not received any messages from FB. It was not a problem until now. But now I need to receive recovery email from FB as I have forgotten my password to my FB account. FB says it has sent recovery code to my 'yahoo.com' id, but I don't receive it in my mailbox. PLEASEEE HEEELLLLP!!!!!
Hi there. The correct email address would be the one that is able to receive emails. Please contact Facebook to see if they can help you update your email address on their side in order to receive their emails to the correct email address with the correct domain.

getting signed out, when refreshing page and endless captchas!!
I am constantly getting signed out of my account!
I refresh the page to get a new email I'm expecting, then I have to tap on endless captchas - some of which I can't even SEE!!
And what's with locking people out?
I have a family member that hasn't been able to sign into her account for DAYS!!
When either of us try to ask for help or support, we are directed to yahooPLUS!!

한 달 전쯤(?)과는 달리 노령(77세)의 한국인으로서 로그인의 제한(시간제한, 로봇트, 한 시간 기다려 열린 화면도 메일을 볼 수 없다는 팝업 등)이 있어서 제한시간을 지난 로그인을 하면 그 때 뿐 또 다시 상기 에러가 나옵니다.
정말 오래동안 사용한 사람으로 너무 고충, 불쾌합니다.마치 업그레이드로 유도하는 상술인지는 모르지만 이 불편을 귀사에서 해결하여 주세요.

problems signing in it is says wait 1 hour
every morning i have tou wait 1 hour to get in my professional account.it says problems etc.just dont make yahoo accounts.only problems

Cannot receive email from hotmail on the computer
I cannot receive an email from my hotmail.com on the computer. I sent a hotmail email to ymail email from the computer, the hotmail email only showed up in the Yahoo app on the Samsung phone. I did not block it in Yahoo mail settings nor did I get any delivery error in my Microsoft email account. The hotmail email does not show up on the computer. I have tried many times to delete the contact and add a new contact and it is still not working. It is a problem with your software. Please fix the bugs. Thanks.

Fix it so it Only Deletes What you Check to Delete and not what you don't. Still Deleting E-Mails I Did Not Check Off to Delete

I'm unable to forward some important emails to my family members.
There was some important update from my insurance company and I was unable to forward the same to my family members. There is this warning symbol in pink triangle mark popping up "An error occurred while sending the message". Even two days back, an email reply to already conversed recipient in the past didn't go through and pop up message like "it looks like spam". Pls avoid such pop ups.
To protect all users, we temporarily block email sending on accounts that are flagged with spam-like or suspicious sending habits. If you're seeing "suspicious activity detected" or "account temporarily blocked from sending messages", you'll still have access to your mail and receive messages while you wait for the hold to expire.
