So, I would like to report a bug. Your „Filter messages” function, does not work as intended. I changed the name of the folder, redirected my emails to the respective folder but the emails keep going into inbox.

All of the emails from this company went into my Spam folders for some reason, but now I haven't received any emails in Spam since May 2021. permanently empty spam folder
Hi, seems to be not alone in this - have two Yahoo accounts. On one of them Spam folder is always empty, probably everything gets erased automatically? Have not done anything myself. Would like a possibility to review my spam before it gets erased. Rather annoying that all advice which I found by googling leads nowhere... Please, help
Hi there! By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.
- Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
- Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days.Hope this helps!

Emails I know nothing about appear in my inbox for a few second and the vanish but do not go to spam or deleted.
This is not an idea but a request for information from Yahoo as to why?
Hi there! Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly.
If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

Once again, I am completely and totally frustrated by your **** service, Every year I struggle to update my payment - or check on it - and your system sends me in circles. If I was not locked into this email I would leave - this has been going on for YEARS. You have the worst user experience. How do I update my payment? Please email me. I am furious.
