spam
It used to be that I could notify you about an email I thought you should check out. I think it was a subcategory of marking it as spam. E.g. Just got an email from mailer daemon saying they couldn't deliver a message. The problem is I never sent the msg AND I've never heard of the person it couldn't reach. I wanted to send this to you to see if my account has been hacked. I marked it as spam and it just disappeared. NOT what I had in mind happening. Fix it so we have easy access to you when we think there might be bad actors messing with our account.
If you’re suddenly getting a lot of Spam email in your inbox, you can check out this post for more info:
If emails from legitimate senders are going to Spam, make sure to marked them as Not Spam, as opposed to just moving them out of the Spam folder. If the sender is a company or a corporate address, It also be helpful for them to reach out to our Postmaster team (postmaster.yahoo.com)
Thank you!

I have noticed that whenever I delete emails one of the emails I want to keep is sent to the spam folder and if not it is deleted.
can you do something to prevent emails from the inbox to go into spam unless we mark them as spam, and in the spam, it will be great to have the option not to receive emails from whoever send the spam emails.
Thank you. -

My emails are being sent to spam without being marked as spam. These are emails I need to see.

I'm getting tons of SPAM suddenly and the block feature doesn't work.
Why would I change to a new mail program when the program I'm using is a mess? -

When I check my spam box, it only shows 1 month long of spam emails. Keep them at least 3 months of spam email. People might be missing a important email.

Spam blocker does not work at all. If you are going to have a spam blocker, don't you think it should work before you offer it in your option list?

Allow easy turn off of your spam filter so nothing is regarded as spam and I don't have to move it to my inbox so I can download it all and take care of it my way. I would rather see 10000 spam messages than miss a message I really wanted that was incorrectly regarded as spam!!!!!!!!!

As it was originally, put the number of spam received next to the spam link. I don't want to waste my type checking spam if there's nothing in it, which was a nice feature in old version of e-mail. In the new version, since I didn't see a number next to the spam link, I thought I had none, which is ridiculous. When I did check spam, there's hundreds. I always scan all of the potential spam, so it took me a long time to do this. Put the current number of spam e-mails in the folder next to the spam link.

How do you mark e-mail in spam folder as not spam in Yahoo Pro? Older version you checked e-mail and clicked button for "Not Spam".

Stop selling our account information Is my idea. IO maintain two separate Yahoo accounts, one for personal and spam from websites I've browsed, the other for professional things. Both get all the same unfiltered SPAM. You're busted - stop or GMAIL wins. Re-evaluation in April.

I've had it with this "new, improved version". Inability to see messages in spam is the last straw. Hitting F5 to refresh doesn't help! Also miss seeing the total number of new (unread) messages in folders. I will keep my comment civil....

If a mail has a valid DKIM, passes DMARC, and is signed with gpg, it IS NOT SPAM !!!
I mean who the heck setup this system? A five year old?

I receive on average around 100 emails daily in my spam folder. how can yahoo be more aggressive to avoid this ridiculous amount of useless emails? When I compare with yahoo with gmail, I hardly get any spam coming through on gmail. Am I the only one with this problem? HELP US YAHOO!

Deleting span is a pain in the neck. There should be an icon to delete it, as well as the number of spams in the older.
Trash should be easier to delete also.
So far I am not liking the new email!!
