Password problem.
Every time I try to sign in, it makes me change my password. I have to go to "forgot my password" and wait for a text with a code. Irritating! Too many hoops to jump through to get help.

WHY did you MAKE me change my password? And WHY, when I type it in CORRECTLY, does it keep saying, "Incorrect"? And how can someone communicate DIRECTLY with Yahoo about this? Why do you make THAT so difficult? Do you NOT have a phone #?

I have a desktop, a phone, a Samsung tablet and now a kindle fire. I need to access my email on all for devises. I absolutely, have no idea what my last password is because these devices keep telling me wrong password. I tried to change the password on the desktop, which is where I view email most of the time. Yahoo, wont let me change my password so I can get all 4 devices to perform as I need. I am old, so don't tell me I am an idiot. I have tried the 'change password' on the yahoo mail and I just keep getting thrown into a ridiculous circle. Ready to dump yahoo mail. It looks like I can get help from yahoo if I join a support for $5/month.

Every time I try to sign into my Yahoo e-mail account from a laptop, it claims that my password is incorrect, and I have to create a new password. I have been to the help page for troubleshooting but it didn't offer any help or answers in this instance. If this carries on I'll have to get an e-mail account with another provider.
