    and there is nothing to learn about it. it is just not good. slow, time consuming, leaves much room for error; frustrating and on and on. no good at all.

    I have several draft messages with text and/or attachments. With the new format, any text that was not part of a reply or forward of a previous message is gone, although the attachments are still there.

    What gives? How is this at all helpful to someone? I know the text is still there somewhere, because if I go back to IE, it's there. I guess I will continue to stick with the OLD format, since Yahoo hasn't fixed all the bugs yet.

    Actually, to improve New Mail, go back to something that wasn't broken. Changing things for the sake of giving someone something to do, is not the way to go about things. And if they do make major changes, there is a lot more testing that needs to be done before rolling it out.

    Every time I log into Yahoo e-mail I get a pop up saying "Please update your browser to either Firefox or Chrome to continue using the full version of Yahoo Mail" I have got Chrome! This pop up has been popping up for the last 5 months!!! It slows everything down while I have to wait for it to pop up and I have to delete it every time before I can use e-mail. It's just darn irritating and time consuming. Why isn't there any way I can stop the pop up from popping up! I'm on WindowsXP but that shouldn't stop Yahoo from resolving this.

    Every time I log into Yahoo mail, the Mail page will not load and times out after 5 or ten minutes.
    I have to close your website and then re-open it.
    When it re-opens, I am logged into my mail page.
    Please fix this error.

    How about actually showing ALL of the messages I have in my Inbox? For some reason you've decided to only let me see a subset and, unfortunately for me, one of the messages I need to see is one that you've decided not to let me see. Can I please have access to ALL of my messages?

    I am using 'delete all emails' function on my folders, including trash folder. And then I receive an error: Can't delete x emails. X being the total number of emails in that folder. Even when I go select CTRL+A some of them .. I get the same error.

    mail.yahoo.com is completely down, all attempts get "internal server error"

    Lately my email has been taking FOREVER to load. When I only have a short window of time to address emails this is extremely annoying. I hate to change providers but may be necessary at this rate. Please fix!!!!!

    Since the update, I am not getting my Gmail feed reliably, requiring me to go to Gmail -- which I don't like and is the reason I stick with Yahoo. Is there something that can be done to get a reliable feed? And, seriously, if I wanted something that behaved like Gmail, I'd use it. The reason most of us use Yahoo is for the features it had. Change isn't always good!

    TRASH 'NEW' EMAIL
    CAN'T EVEN SEND A DECENT MESSAGE BECAUSE OF THE BOUNCY SCREEN IN FIREFOX OR GOOGLE BROWSER

    AND HOPE FOR THE BEST CONT - DOES NOT HELP
    CAN NOT FIND IN SETTINGS TI RESET TO OLDER VERSION
    YOU WANT ME TO READ ADS - OK
    BUT COMPARED TO 'OLD' EMAIL -THIS IS GARBAGE
    YOU HAVE 10+ YEARS OF MY EMAILS -
    WILL TOLERATE THE GARBAGE FOR ONLY SO MUCH LONGER THEN GMAIL HERE I COME

    Fix the site!!! I can't access emails. Tried on 3 different browsers. Ad blocker notification pops up, I DON'T use one, suggesting this will interfere with the sites functionality. Clearly something is because it's pretty much unusable. Fortunately email forwarding still works..

    All your new bells'n'whistles do nothing but slow down loading and waste more of my time...at least when I'm not trying to find my folders.
    I want to read email, not wait for things to load.
    STOP TRYING TO IMPROVE WHAT AIN'T BROKE!
    Now, switch back to the previous version.

    Every time I try to forward email it takes two tries. First one says there was an error, then it works the second time. Please fix this!!

    Bug with the new mail ... since I switched over (about a month now) I've been unable to download attached PDFs. I thought it was an issue with my computer as no one else in my office had this issue. Today I tried switching back to the old version of yahoo mail and that fixed the issue.

    hello there, even after reading all emails still there is sign of 2 unread emails, please solve this as this is irritating.
