How can we improve New Mail?

CAN'T CUT AND PASTE TO EMAILS IN SETTINGS

I can't copy and paste so my outgoing emails have the pasted picture on them. Can you please fix this? I have asked four or five times now and nobody has contacted me yet. Thank you. loseguo@yahoo.com
