how can i change my language to english if you are giving me instructions in chinese

put instuctions in English. why my mail changed to Chinese. I don't read or speak chinese

    Primygtinai prašau Jūsų grąžinti buvusią el. pašto ********@yahoo.com formą( ir spalvas, ir šypsenėles, ir kalbą) ir jų nekeisti be mano sutikimo !!! Nes nėra sukurta kažkas geresnio ir tai pažeidžia mano privatumą bei žmogaus teisę turėti savo nuomonę, pasirinktą kalbą ir visa kita... Nežinau, kokių tikslų siekiate, bet jei JŪS dirbat tik dėl darbo, tai apgailėtina ir norėsiu atsisakyti Jūsų paslaugų...

    I don't like what you did ,...I don't like OATH ,how can I opt out...you took away my saved weather cities ,...now change my email preferences w/o my input ...just more adds

    How can Yahoo email be so dumb, as to not know where I am? I had to choose NEW YORK as the closest city as I had the error that my email did not match my computers time zone. REALLY? I an in CONNECTICUT....Where the **** is HARTFORD???

    I cannot change my old phone number to my new phone number for ************@sbcglobal.net, my primary account. My old ph no was ***-****-*****, my new ph no is ****-*****-*****. I do not have full access on the yahoo app on my iPhone 8 in Gonzales to where I live I cannot edit my settings, it defaults to Vietnamese language, my acct appears to be in Vietnamese language half of the time, which does not allow me to edit it, I get error messages. This has been a complete struggle. Thx, patty ******
