changed my name but still shows old name
I've been trying to change my Last Name to the real one for years, but even when I change it from the settings it still shows the old one, which is wrong and kind of a joke I did back in school days. Now I use this email sometimes for work and it's embarassing to show my last name like this to others! Note that I've tried "https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln28072.html", changed it to what I want to be shown, emailed someone and it still showed him my old name!

Make sure you changed your sending name on all your Yahoo accounts, you can check this by going to Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes, then click on the account and then ‘’Your name’’.

i am unable to remove my previous name when i send messages. it still shows "juliana *************". i have changed the name at the setting to sangz oswald. still my emails are sent as julliana **********. please could you accept the change instead iof still using the old name. thank you.
