This email account has been paid for since 2015 and was supposed to be AD FREE, but we were receiving ads constantly. I need this escalated.
Yahoo has been receiving payments for this account to be ad free but has not delivered ad free emial until TODAY. I wish to speak with someone with authority to discuss the financial implications. Thanks.
