how come all my mail comes into my trash box -please help

This usually happens if you have some filters set up. Please check the settings are disable them: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/sln28071.html
If you are unable to find a filter on the webmail, please check the filters on any mail app which you are using.
