protection premium
I lost my account over the weekend and I was told over the phone I HAD to subscribe to Yahoo Protection Premium (I didn't want to do that but she wouldn't help me otherwise.) I was charged for it but I can't find anywhere to go to cancel it. It should come up under your settings. Really anywhere is better than wherever it is. I was scammed. $14 a month to basically just be treated better over the phone is nuts.
