  1. Stop bouncing, flashing, bobbing, weaving ANNOYING and DISTRACTING animated ads. Some even cover email content.

    Your bouncing, flashing bobbing, weaving ads are ANNOYING and DISTRACTING. Some even cover the email content. Advertising revenue is necessary, but it should not outshine email content. And, so far, none of your dancing ads is of interest to me. Because you continue to force these stupid distractions on me and many others who have been complaining about them, I have begun the process of transferring my email to another provider. I can't tolerate your rude, inconsiderate intrusions any longer. And, I am already signed in!

  3. You combined my issue with another that had absolutely nothing to do with my issue.

    Red flag says unable to delete selected emails. This has nothing to do with speed. It is not slow. You should not have combined this with someone else's yahoo is slow.

  4. It's extremely excellent my opinion all the system

    There's a problem with contact. Isn't working correctly. Isn't open to that I can put a member or conctac new.

  7. Improve the ease of use of this e-mail. (Look below)

    1. Allow us, who have more than one email account, to be able to Select which account we are currently signed into.
    2. Please Display the account we are signed into. Or have more than one Yahoo e-mail accounr open at the same time.
    3. Please allow a Search, such as 'Chuck Hughs', of my e-mail. It would allow Much faster searchin for a particular e-mail and be much more likely to actually find it in a large number of e-mails.

    Other people I have talked to also have this problem, not just me.

  8. Yahoo Mail is a disaster

    Yahoo mail is a disaster. I've had to reset my password at least 2 to 4 times a month because I have several devices that access my mail via mobile apps and Yahoo thinks the mail is being 'hacked'... The requirement for a new password is in addition to 2 factor authentication I have set up.

    Worse yet. Their customer service gets back to me here saying to connect with them via Twitter?!? I don't use Twitter and never will. Why do I need to use another service to get basic customer support? They also say use some other help…

  11. Allow more than 5 messages to be deleted at a time in macOS Mail app

    I contacted Apple and they said your server doesn’t allow more than five messages to be deleted at a time in their Mail app in macOS. Everything else has a higher limit (even iOS). Five messages makes it unusable.

  14. In Italy more people have the requirement to have PEC mail wich is like a verified mail

    Add to the Yahoo plus mail a PEC mail this is becoming popular in Italy and enhance your overall sales now it is sold as a service by other providers. it would make sense business wise.

  15. yahoo defaulting to brazil instead of US

    Yahoo is defaulting to another country when I am based in the United States. My suggestion is for Yahoo programmers to change the default settings to be based on clients' (email users) locations. I have tried your recommendations and even tried another browser altogether and still, the Yahoo main page is defaulting right now to Brazil. I am pretty sure some prank from a staff member and obviously being overlooked by management. WAKE UP JAMES LANZONE!

  16. LITTLE BOX AT TOP TO FILE EMAILS IS TOO TEENY TO USE

    The teeny box to open to move emails into your files is too small to use.

    I wanted to move an email to a folder but the teeny box only allows you to see a couple of folders in alphabetical order at a time, so when you want to file something under say W it's taken me a very long time to use that teeny box to scroll down to find the folder I want. This is ridiculous, who has tons of time to scroll down to find a folder which is at the other end of the alphabet each…

  17. I wasn't made aware that the yahoo mail inbox was changing. GIVE your USERS a CHOICE, new inbox or keep the old. Simple really

    I wasn't made aware that the yahoo mail inbox which I have been very happy with for decades was changing. The new inbox wasn't designed for certain types of your clients, ie those with eyesight problems: the new inbox is SO CLUTTERED, it's become extremely difficult to even look at let alone find what you want, and I don't need to be told that this is yesterday's emails, I can work that out for myself thank you, and for those with autism where again it's lost its clean lines and makes it very difficult to read.   18. For several weeks now, new mail appears read when the message has never been opened. This occurs in the app and from the website.

    Over half of my messages appear read upon opening the application. Not sure why this is happening. I removed the apple app off my phone thinking that was the reason and it is still occurring. This is very frustrating when one cannot tell which messages have been viewed.

  19. Make yahoo mail less annoying

    I absolutely hate then when Im reading an email and then it suddenly dissapears and moves to the next one. I used to think it was when I received a new email (which is annoying enough) but today it happened and no new email had been received, its infuriating!!! I want to read my emails without them dissapearing when I'm half way through!!!

  20. Code Sending

    You really need to fix the code sending system. You had me sign out of all my email and then I could not get back in because you kept saying sent code when you did not. You need to look into this it seems I am not the only one that has had problems.
