  1. duplicate emails received from any business

    For the last several weeks I get duplicates of nearly every email I get from businesses. It ranges from Mom & Pop businesses to Costco, Facebook, etc. and happens on my desktop and in ios app. It is very clearly a yahoo problem. If it's not fixed within a week I'm forwarding all my emails to my gmail and deleting this account. It's completely obnoxious, and I tried for hours to reach anyone at Yahoo with a complaint and every one of their links is broken from their own help section.

  3. DEDICATED PHONE NUMBER/DEPT/SITE FOR AT&T/YAHOO ISSUES?

    THERE SHOULD BE A DEDICATED PHONE NUMBER/DEPT/SITE FOR DEALING SPECIFICALLY WITH AT&T/YAHOO ISSUES SINCE THERE ARE SO MANY OF US AND GENERAL GUIDELINES DO NOT APPLY.

  4. opting out of consent with OATH

    There should be a 1 button opt out button. Right now you have to email each partner that gathers my data? way to go on making it harder to complete one thing. i just want you to stop collecting my data. that **** aint free so unless your going to pay me for it please stop collecting my data.

  5. Why is it that I have continuously reported one particular ad as offensive but I continue to see it more than any other ad?

    One would think that after a few hundred times of reporting the ad, Yahoo Mail would get the idea and replace it with something else. Do you think I am going to sign up for a paid version of your service just to prevent this one particular ad from appearing? Perhaps I should start recording each and every occurrence of the ad and my subsequent report of it as offensive for my attorney.

  8. Give me a chat option

    For the life of me I can not find an online chat option to get help with an issue that is NOT addressed in the Help Center. I linked a business email account to my yahoo account. The inbox for the business account no longer appears and I can not figure out where it went. I do not seem to be able to log back into it through their domain. AND I CAN'T FIND ANY HELP FOR MY ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. email sent to multiple account

    I have multiple accounts added, Yahoo & Gmail. But the every email received are send to both email accounts. How to stop this setting.

  10. Terrible. Un-linked my small business account and cannot get back in!!

    I had a work e-mail linked to my regular account. When the new format took over my inbox it was gone, tried to re-add it to no avail. My administrator even reset my password twice and nothing. Absolutely terrible service

  11. Permanently destroy our data associated with Yahoo Messenger

    According to the GDPR when data is no longer needed it should be destroyed. Hence our chat history and friends list associated with Yahoo Messenger, which has been discontinued, must be destroyed in accordance with the law. Yahoo is thus breaking the law by not informing it's users what happened with their data. We want a new, up to date webpage informing us what happened with our data.

  12. Emails missing in Yahoo account (specifically from the nextdoor.com site)

    I have signed up to the nextdoor.com website, to get emails if someone posts in my area. This worked brilliantly for a few months, then I just stopped receiving them. I emailed nextdoor - and they suggested it was in spam in Yahoo, it wasn't. They said to add their email addresses to my address book, I did this too.... still no joy. Then I changed the email address to another email which technically goes TO the yahoo account (but the email is different) - this worked! For a year, or possibly more, it worked.   13. To the admin who just replied to my "stop changing the font" posting of a short while ago.

    Since I can't reply to your response, I have to do it here. I already have a default setting in my settings. It does not stay that way after sending the email. The font size and choice changes once the email is sent and it does not appear the way it was set up to the receiver, nor does it show how it was set up in the sent mail or forwarded mail.   15. Are the ads still infecting computers?

    Are the ads still infecting computers? This was posted before but nothing has been done about it since Aug 2018 and this is a serious issue. I want to know is it safe to even go to the yahoo email? Something this serious should be addressed and let people know if it is safe now or where this stands!

  16. Change Alias??

    You guys have horrible service. I'm trying to change my Alias for my account (you'd think this would be simple) but you just refer me to unhelpful forums and different links and unhelpful pages. Give me a customer service rep who knows what they are doing and who actually cares about helping customers! Not just some automated nonsense that tells me to follow this link and then nothing else. Horrible!

  20. GoDaddy email forwarding to Yahoo Mail being blocked. Same email forwards to many others

    Emails received from GoDaddy's email server are not being received by Yahoo Mail. Can we get this fixed? I've been a loyal customer since the beginning of Yahoo Mail.
