  2. Fix subscribing to folders with IMAP

    Subscribing to folders from Thunderbird with IMAP stopped working about 2 weeks ago. All Yahoo folders are shown and I can't unsubscribe them. Please fix this bug!

  4. I hit delete old mail. Same mail comes back several times for it is really not deleted. Please someone take charge and fix this.

    In spite of deleting old mail, thinking it is gone, the next day, I see it again, and it is not deleted but some are gone. And it builds up day after day. And using spam block does not work anymore. It does on other email accounts, but Yahoo dropped the ball on this one. You people need to fix both these things and take users of your email seriousally. I honestly do not understand how these two critical aspects are overlooked by upper management. Do they listen or care?

  5. get someone with some common sense to answer it this is a hopless site

    the wost unorganised site ever ,,i rang up it was so bad ,,your phone staff are usless ,,right from the start i have had the wrong location attached to me ,,so i rang up i was assured it was fixed and it wasnt the people running this wouldnt have a clue about doing things properly my many attemts to get this right has failed ,your site is a joke with untrained untalented people answering the phone just a hope

  6. Yahoo login is unacceptable unusable garbage

    Pop-up telling me to setup e-mail or phone is confusing AF. What am I doing entering a phone or an e-mail. You act like that is the same thing. No, it is two different things idiots. Same goes within settings page. I go to add the phone number and then your inconsistent pages is showing me e-mails. Why is your web site so different then standard best practices. It is very simple people - one box for phone number; and one box for e-mail.

    I do not even know if one is enough. I says phone number is required but…

  8. Please reinstate US Holidays as they were

    I recently posted that Father's/Mother's Day were missing, and you added them back, which is great. However, this morning dozens of new US Holidays are cluttering my calendar, and some of them don't seem legitimate or say things like "banks may be closed." How is "banks may be closed" a holiday? Is this some sort of prank played by an angry developer?

  12. Get out of this game. AT&T has the Worst Customer Service Available Period. Call their 800 288-2020 number you are asking for trouble.

  13. Total number keeps decreasing as older emails keep disappearing

    Anyone else noticed this bug?

    If you spend too much time on drafting your reply, the oldest email(s) in the grouped conversation/ thread will vanish one by one and the total number will keep decreasing (ungrouping and regrouping does not help but If you are lucky they sometimes reappear on their own after a few days or weeks)!

    Temporary solution: Compose a new email to draft your reply. When you are ready, cut/ copy it, go back to the original email, paste and send out immediately.

  14. Search / Inconsistent Results

    The search function didn't include the newest Sent email to a recipient in the search results, when the search started at the Sent folder, only after starting from Inbox, it added the recent search result.

  18. Issues with using Two Factor Authentication Apps

    I had setup Google Authenticator App with my yahoo mail accounts for two factor authentication. Once I setup the Authenticator app I had sync issues with my two yahoo mail accounts. One in particular would constantly require me to log back in. Moreover I would not see updates to my mail unless I toggled between the two accounts through account manager function. That only worked on a web browser. That function wasn't possible with the Yahoo mail app.

  19. Get rid of first page that says "Page not available"

    Checking mail brings up "Page not available" and beneath that there is a box that says "Go to inbox". Why the extra step? Get rid of that first page and just go straight to the inbox.
