  1. next unread message circle bubble with down arrow. HOW DO WE REMOVE IT I hate this new feature that just started happening today 12-20-23

    This new bubble/circle just started popping up in my emails when I open them asking if I want to go to the next unread email. I HATE IT. It's way too big every time you scroll near it it opens bigger and I can not find any settings to remove it. PLEASE TAKE IT AWAY.

  2. Print or download not functioning

    06/10/2024 - What did you do to mess up the system today? No printing, cannot download. Can view in preview but that's it...Please help.

  3. Print problems with individual email thread

    Hello,

    The print feature for yahoo mail is broken and needs to be fixed. I have tried to print an email in serveral different browsers and none of my emails have been able to print. The printer works fine printing a webpage from the browsers, but not when I try to print an email.

  4. stop autoforwarding

    My email has suddenly STARTED autoforwarding to a gmail account, and all the instructions on how to stop it are not valid. I don't want this, I didn't ask for it, so how do I stop it? Setting, More Settings, Mailboxes, email address, Autoforwarding only gives me an option to subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus, nothing to stop the autoforwarding.

  5. New Folders

    Notice that the new folder i created in my mobile is not shown in my laptop in the same log on user name, could you sync up all inbox display, mails and folders when same user log on are used to log on to different devices, like mobile, tabs, laptop and desktop to check on their mails.

  7. cant change my signature name in a sent email

    My name is bill,and somehow my signature email name on a sent email says Joaquin ,i dont know how it got altered,when ever i send an email i have Joaquin as the senders name,not bill,it's been like that for 4 years,i cant find any setting that says Joaquin is the name,i changed my profile name but still the idiotic signature thing says Joaquin as the senders name,can anyone tell me how to change the email senders name to my real name?

  8. Allow holders of email accounts to change their password.

    I am currently being disallowed to change my email password. Every time I've tried to navigate the process, I reach a blank window that simply says "something went wrong." What's going on?!

    My font size in yahoo mailbox went tiny all of a sudden.
    I cant find how to bring back regular size.

    I also did sign in my yahoo email on Sunday ( June 2) . But this morning , my yahoo mail got signed out and when I try to sign in back it is showing " Sorry , we don't recognize this email ".

  11. When I open an email, Yahoo automatically takes my original mail and pops it into a new window with no ability to go back or respond. STOP!!

    STOP taking parts of emails out into a new window that can't be responded to and keeps me from returning to the inbox - in fact, it crashes Yahoo altogether. This is ********. GO BACK TO WHAT WORKED FOR YOUR USERS

    Have it function. Have all mail sent to me, delivered in a timely manner to my inbox. Why do I see mail in my inbox on my phone, that is not displayed on my laptop?

  14. Since my frontier account was migrated to Yahoo, anything with an attachment is labeled as spam. I want to see emails with attachments again

    Please fix the spam settings ASAP so I can see important emails with attachments in my Inbox again.

  15. No notifications

    FIX all the issues! notifications no longer work but you keep reinstalling the notification sounds on my phone. When you test notifications, they work fine but when an important email comes, you get NOTHING! Android App and Desktop (Chrome or Edge). I'm not going to pay for + when free doesn't work!

  17. Mail not marked as spam fixes

    I want the providers to fix mail checks so that the messages, despite not marking those addresses as spam nor blacklisting. I had some couple of messages that was supposedly to receive but they never release any.

    Your 'security' farce is preventing me from recreating an old email that I need to delete an old account, please get the stick out of your ***** as I don't even have a yahoo account to have attempted to access 'too many times'. I just need to recreate this thing, get a password reset, delete both accounts and be done with both of you, for ****'s sake

    Impossible to attach files from the computer. It starts to be a tradition in this ****** e-mail. I am fed-up and I have to find another one, in spite of the connected issue (inform a lot of people of this change).
    Moreover, no way to submit the issue to someone for solving it. Only a stupid useless forrum.
