Your refresh rate is too often and way too much. Get rid of it.
It is quite annoying to be reading an email and have it skip back to it's beginning.

large files need to be sent
We need to be able to send large files such as .tif files, etc. Many of us are artists and book designers, and we do not use gmail.

Yahoo News Notification
I did like in the classic view, there would be a notification indicating there was a new News story. Now I have to actually go into the News section.

Undo previous action
Please consider adding an "UNDO Previous Action" button. Undo a folder move, and e-mail send, an e-mail delete, etc...

Loving the new look, much better than the old mail, liked the 'ad' space- now its smaller than the old one. Views filter is really brilliant. didn't even noticed it was there in the mail.
But!, it would be feasible if Messenger, Contacts, Calendar and Notes opens as a pop up in the same window rather in a new tab (like the settings menu). may be you could include an options to open as separate tab.

I can't express how frustrating it is to not have a working context menu to do simple things like reply, delete, or copy an email address.
Why is the context menu gone? I want to copy an email address from the To: field and can't. I want to delete or forward a message and can't without extra clicks. We're now back in the 80's.

Email thread replies get a continuous chain of "RE: RE: RE:" prepended to the subject.
For emails that I send from Yahoo! Mail, each reply subject gets an "RE:" prepended to it. For example, if an email I send has subject of "XYZ", then first reply comes back as "RE: XYZ". If I reply to that, any replies to my reply will come back with a subject of "RE: RE: XYZ", and so on, and so on. It doesn't matter who I'm sending to, it always prepends the "RE:".

There should be a "sweep" button to erase multiple emails from the same company.
It's too time consuming to erase emails from the same company if you needed to clear away emails posted 2 - 3 days ago. There should be a sweep button that would allow for the removal of multiple emails at the same time from one original source.
