  1. Sent email shown as draft

    After your email is sent and there is a message popping up to tell you your message has been sent, the particular email in the email list is still showing as 'draft' (not in the draft box but in the email list) in red for a while. It makes you confused whether the email was actually sent.

    Btw, it'd be great if you could provide an option to attach a screenshot. :)

  2. Images NOT Displaying

    Recently, I can't view any embedded images in my email - the button to "Show Images" is also missing so I am getting blank pages. I have already checked my Security Settings which have always been set to display images automatically. I have even tried to switch it off and switch it back on again but nothing works. Please get this fixed because it's really inconvenient and annoying. Thank you.

  3. yahoo mail via Chrome: network connection timed out. Please try again.

    Msg while logging into yahoo mail via Chrome: network connection timed out. Please try again.
    Able to login through other browsers. Tried clearing cache and going back to basic email etc., But yahoo mail on all browsers worked except for Chrome.

  4. asking me to sign...... but I am signed in???

    I'm testing a new website link and the link takes me to a 'can't sign you now come back later' but I am already signed in, this popup is sending round in infuriating cycles !!! I have work to do here! it's no even asking for an account key or verify from a mobile.

  5. A mail marked draft in Sent folder

    Could anyone explain me, how... HOW??? can a message in "Sent" folder be marked with "draft" icon?? I am opening it in the "Sent" folder and see the SEND button and wondering whether the letter is sent or should be clicked once again. Can send a printscreen))

    Help! Is this for real or a hoax? Email did not come to from a yahoo helpdesk...

    I am now sick to death of this trash yahoo system. Switching the whole lot across to gmail permanently. It's ****. Yahoo are rubbish and they don't care about improving themselves. Just utter garbage.

  8. Help! I've been using Yahoo for twelve years. This morning 5/24/2018, the last six years of Inbox content disappeared!

  9. unable to send/receive emails

    Hi,
    I am unable to send or receive any emails from my account. The sent folder shows the mail as sent but it doesn't reach the recipient. Mails sent by others also don't show up in the inbox.
    Please fix this!

    When emails aren’t received, there’s a few things to check:

    - Make sure the sender isn’t getting an error
    - Check your settings to see if senders may be getting blocked or filtered
    - Check your Spam folder and mark legitimate emails as Not Spam if needed

    Keep in mind that sometimes when emails go missing it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Check out this post for more info and how to restore missing emails.

  11. emails closing for no reason

    Works for the most part, however i have had a recurring issue with my e-mails simply closing up for no reason and without warning. i have to re-click the e-mail i was viewing and this happens nearly every time i use the "new" e-mail.

  13. Unable to send a HELP request to Yahoo

    I had my emails deleted but am unable to send a HELP request to the Yahoo tech support team to remedy the problem. While filling the request form, it will not accept my email as a valid email - hence, the request to YAHOO cannot be processed. The ROGERS support team acknowledges the problem and that others have also had this same problem, but they are unable to assist & that someone from YAHOO needs to address the problem.     I am a transgender man and I created this account under my previous name years ago. I changed my name on my account but yahoo still adresses my under my old name. This needs to be fixed.

  18. Mis-joining of email discussions

    Hello, In my Inbox and the concept of emails combining to simplify email discussions, some of my emails are not combining properly. I have emailed an individual and they have responded. Then my email discussions with another individual are combining with this email compiled listing. Why is this and how can it be fixed? I do not want to get mixed up and email the wrong person. Very confidential discussions.

  19. Better protection and delivery of the mails. I am losing some of my emails.

    I am losing some of my emails, they show up in the notifications of my phone, but then when i check them up they aren't there, or in any folder, not even spam. I have lost some important mails so I believe it;s a serious issue.
