Not Spam Doesn't Work
I continue to get false positives for Spam on the same email address, despite having used both the mobile app AND desktop app to mark it as NOT SPAM. It doesn't work. I've tried just moving it, saving the contact again in the contact list, nothing works. The sender and I are even on the same domain since we are with yahoo business.
If they are in my contacts, or if I have replied to their emails- don't mark them as SPAM!

The read and unread marks don't exchange back and forth from PC to cellphone.. (Iphone 8).

WHy on earth would a YAHOO GROUP EMAIL end up in my SPAM! I've tagged them NOT SPAM at least 2 dozen times over the past 5+ years. I've added them to my address book (the only one there) and STILL it's SPAM!!??!Please review this hep article for more info:

This e-mail server is not working anymore....I can not delete my e-mails without the spinning wheel and it won't stop. What is going on???

yahoo mail keep opening popup for fake flash updates
It's days that yahoo web mail (used from Safari 12 on a MAC) keep opening popup of scamming website asking to update adobe flash.
My mac is not infected by anything and the only website opening such popup is yahoo web mail....

I try to make sure i indicate to NOT keep me signed in. Yet the past several days, when I go into my email, there is no check for password+
I try to make sure I indicate I DO NOT want to stay signed in for 2 weeks. The last several times I have checked my email; It bypasses the sign in and password page. I really want to go thru sign in and password.
CHPlease clear the browser cache and cookies. If the issue persists make sure you do not have a bookmark saved of the mail page. If you do, please remove it.

i have notice in my inbox count of two new unread messages, yet i can not see the message. i have tried to delete caches, cookies and changed browsers and update app, still the same thing.
i wonder if the two messages are yet to be delivered to my box
If you have the mail conversation thread enabled that might explain why you are not seeing the messages. Usually, in the inbox next to an email subject you will see a number (2 in your case) which indicates that the new emails are there.

Downsizing of Photo Attachments since Yahoo went down yesterday
Since Yahoo went down yesterday I have had my attachments of pics downsized so when I try to send by my email: a photo to a contact they are small with bad definition. How do I contact Yahoo to advise? I've just gone round and round the help section without being able to contact a help centre!

I can't delete emails...?
I use this email as a junk/spam email and it's lagging so badly I can't delete any. I delete the emails and refresh or log back in and the deleted ones pop back up.

Undo of the last few keystrokes.
On more than a few occasions, my fat fingers have hit a more than one key at a time, resulting in a "select all" followed by any random alpha key. This effectively replaces my entire draft email with that last solitary key stroke.
An "undo" of at least a few key strokes would have saved me many an hours work.
You can try the Ctrl+z keyboard combination for the Undo command.

Showing the contents of email
Open the email and there is no contents even though the some info can read before opening. Additionally, the whole conversion in Yahoo Apps is shown without any error

Privacy option to change location settings not working
The privacy option link "change location settings" is not working. The button to change privacy options MUST be working, also regarding how Oath uses my location in order not to go against users rights. Please fix the bug.

When I click on an email it highlights it then jumps to another email and I have to search for the one I clicked on!! That's stupid !!~

Where is the Send Button? I have wasted a lot of time and trashed messages trying to deal with this. Mail Pro is useless; go back to the old format. Why does this show up over and over and over and over again in the list of complaints? FIX IT!!!!

Hello! I'm having a problem emailing myself pictures, etc from my phone. First, my message would show up as spam and I could get it from there. I was careful to use the "not spam" feature in hopes that future messages from myself would go to my inbox. But instead my messages from my phone stopped showing up at all. wrong phone number in email
I need help to get the incorrect phone number I see when I send an email . I went to the security page and the number listed for my account is the correct number. However, I still see an incorrect number showing up when I send an email. I do not want someone elses number sent to people. Please post instructions on how to get the correct phone number to show up in my sent emails. Yes I see the correct number on the security page.
