Allow graph vertical axis to be chosen (dollars, percent) and allow that axis to be scaled (Max, Min) value or your normal auto-scale.
New Feature: allow the vertical axis of the graphed stock price to be customized, in units (dollar/share, percent change) and in scale (max, min values to display). Auto-scale would be the default scale mode.
Another new feature would be to allow a 2nd vertical scale to be shown simultaneously.

It already scales and it already has percentages. Put your mouse on the scale keep the button pressed, drag it down. It's easy. And choose PERCENTAGE from the Settings Gear Wheel.
