setting up moving average lines is not straightforward and stock list symbols display "default" chart
When I choose a symbol from my list, I get a "default" chart. Not a chart with the indicators I set up. I now have to type in every symbol to get the chart I want.
It's not at all obvious how to add two moving average lines. I finally figured it out but it wasn't at all straightforward.

Thank you for your reply. I was finally able to get my moving average lines and indicators implemented. My problem with the moving average lines is after you define the first one (period 50), when you go to define a second, it apparently puts it on top of the first one. I had no idea what was going on. I finally did right click on the moving average line and that let me define it the way I wanted leaving the one underneath it as I had previously defined it. It would be a lot easier if you define the moving average line first before it is displayed.

The new charts don't have a way to customize the moving averages and layer on 50 day, 200 day and 500 day. Also are the moving averages using simple or exponential data. You have not made the user experience better. It is now worse!

OK, I figured out how to get multiple moving averages to show up on chart. U have to edit the 50 to whatever other moving average(s) u want by right clicking on the 50 line, select edit, edit to value u wnat, then add the 50 last as when u select the moving average indicator it defaults to the 50 day moving average. Instructions would have been nice on that, as it works different than the old charts.

how do you know what the moving averages are for the new charts as of 5/3/22 they are not displayed anywhere except for the line..what are you supposed to do guess? i liked the old charts much better. easy to read...easy to use...these new charts are awful

New charts are the worst. Old charts had moving averages and current price in box upper left hand corner. Easy to see easy to referenceNew charts don't awful! way to much information. most traders are interested in volume and moving averages which old charts provided easily...Please allow option to use old charts if user wants to...this makes me very sad.

Please bring the old full screen chart functions back.
1. the old chart: you can get averages of different time frames, such as
7 days, 30 days, 90 days, etc. they are useful to see the trend of the price. only showing 50- day averaged is not good enough.
2. the massive price, open, and close on every chart are just not necessary.
3. The old chart functions were so much more informative and useful. -

The old graph displays the calculated values of moving average, RSI, MACD. etc. That is a really helpful feature.
