new chart great but it does not refresh and populate data fast enough, to difficult in a fast past environment, must refresh several times

I dont know whats going on but I have to select 5 day 1 hour multiple times before I can see the data. The chart keeps reverting back to 1 day 1 minute interval. I had to use a different search engine so that I can use old charts, very rarely use new chart becasue trading is a fast past environment. I wish the new chart worked/refreshed better.
