  2. price data missing on latest price and the price before

    Price is correct on the latest price, but immediately skipping 5-6 months on the next price. The charts are all wrong because of this. Its like the prices jumped in time.

  4. One month gets truncated in one year or two year chart view

    About 20 % of the time in either one-year or two-year view, the chart loads the price line with one month (the month of May) truncated. I have to reload about 5 times to get the price line to include the missing month. When this problem shows up, the price line shows a sharp uptrend or downtrend. Please fix this issue.

  5. Data Missing: skips 5 months or so

    The data shows the latest day, but then skips to 5 months back on the next data point.

  8. why is the active charts open very slowly?

    The active charts after a few use, then it keep thinking and nothing coming up for long time. I even cleaned up my cashes memory of my browser for many times, it was still the same. Please help. Thanks.

  13. chart comparisons

    I also cannot delete any comparison charts. If I open a new window and open a new stock chart I still get the 4 comparison charts from a previous chart, and I can't delete the comparison charts. I use iMac/Safari 11.0.2

  15. On Day setting, chart shifts by itself to the left changing percentages.

    When on Day setting, if left side is adjusted for beginning of day, the chart will subsequently shift to the left changing all percentage values to erroneous values.

  17. Recycling old problems: Cannot delete comparison tickers on charts

    This was an old issue (Nov 15, 2017) for which "Comments are closed". You need to reopen it.

    Originally it seemed that this problem was due to using old OS such as Internet Explorer. Now it's occurring again, this time with Edge.

    Using Edge, I had 5-6 stocks that I was comparing on a Dow Index chart. When done, I closed the chart. Later, when I opened the Dow Index chart to compare other stocks, the first two stocks from the first comparison were still there. I've tried clicking on the stocks delete "X", logging out, etc. These two "ghosts"…

  19. HELP: Many issues with your new CHARTIQ

    New ChartIQ is not working on all stocks / on all browsers (Chrome and Internet Explorer).

    Example: Works for Vivendi, not for other European stocks (no chart / blank área).

    Please give option to users between the old charts and this new ChartIQ.

    When printing, i do not need/want all the junk around (publicity and news). This costs ink for nothing.

    When using smartphone i do not want to have to scroll all the news and publicity up before finding the charts / valuable stock data!

    MACD / RSI / Bollinger do not work on Android Mobile phones (using smartphone's…
