If you’re not getting emails from a specific sender, it may be because they are sending to the wrong address or they are getting an error message when sending to you. If this is the case, you will need to have them reach out to our Postmaster department to try and get it fixed. You can also double-check your Mail settings and Spam folder to make sure everything looks good there.

    I'm not getting mails from social media platforms like instagram.My yahoomail is connected to instagram and now i'm not able to accessmy ineta if i have to change password.I'm not getting any mails.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to bring to your kind attention that my Instagram Account is locked due to unknown reasons. Every time I try to login to my account a security page appears on screen which says to enter the 6-digit code sent to my email id, whereas no code has been received till date, even after I request for a new code innumerable times.
    It is been more than a month and I am still try to login to my Instagram account. Kindly provide me the code so that I can access my account.
