    I am not able to delete spam and any other emails I don't want with this new format. I am not a tech-head like some people, so what can I do now to have a delete or spam button with this new format , which justs sucks big-time?

    Sussed it - wahey!! Go into settings in portrait view, then select ' Go to basic mail'. Note 2 more faults here - when in landscape view the required option is hidden off the bottom of the screen and the required option should be 'go to mail that works'. Selecting several of little square boxes allows multiple actions, like delete and move. Hope that helps.

    Yes, in mobile app view, there is NO delete email option. Also, the inbox page is now inexplicably formatted to a small column to the left of the page. I have to switch to desktop view to not only get the delete mail option but to view my inbox normally. What did you people do????

    Yes I now have 24 000 emails it's got out of hand , sort a multiple delete facility

    My free yahoo account has over 100,000 emails in it because I have to purge 1 email at a time....

    It's a pain in the back side and turns people off using yahoo that there is only a certain amount of emails you can delete. Should be allowed delete ALL AT ONCE
