How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

All emails lost

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

    This is so stupid. This is exactly why almost everyone on the planet uses gmail instead of yahoo. This is ridiculous. I need my old emails restored too. Has anyone had any luck with getting them restored?

    I was checking to see what 'flagged as inappropriate' leads too when clicked. You flagged THIS idea from Natalie Aspenlind. I AGREE WITH THIS IDEA. Yahoo SHOULD NOT have deleted all our emails.

    How could this hapoen???? When i just logged it said "you were away mkre than 12 months, we are making a new inbox for you" that is ********! I acess my email every month, tgere was alot of important documents there, tgat i really need! Is better you guys do something to recover those emails, or you will face some consequences

    Can’t they just announce on their website that they lost everything?

    Question is, for those folks that still have Frontier Internet or landline service, do they still get email?

    I guess Yahoo either decided to stop servicing frontiernet.net emails or frontier decided to not pay yahoo to do so.

    It was pretty ****** since I was a Frontier telephone customer since 1994 and kept it when they turned over its management to Yahoo.

    I hope current Frontier telephone customers at least have it. Problem is I am sure I am still getting emails at that mailbox but have no idea if anything has been sent and cannot contact family and friends because this was our only method of contact

    Hope I don’t get sued for patient abandonment due to this.

    Same thing happened to me:( ive also lost access to my facebook and hotmail because this was the recovery email... i cant believe this company thinks its okay to ruin so many peoples lives.

    I had important email and now it’s ALL GONE including RECORY MAIL FOR MY FACEBOOK (which was hacked). Give me my mail back!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It’s true Yahoo must have given notice to delete the emails I m Also struggling to recover my 13 years data all my sent email lost
