I had lost of my save email in my mail but I can not reach them.
Could you help me to find them please.

You deleted all my email messages! That's outrageous! I had not received ANY advise from yours on any of the verified communication channels I have with Yahoo. Is it still possible to have my messages back? There were old important messages since 1998 and not-spam messages were almost all text.

I use my mail through Apple mail and I had no idea that my storage was full. I haven’t received any email since July 17th. I paid thinking I’d receive whatever emails I’ve missed since but it did not restore anything. There were important emails I needed and I wish yahoo did a better job letting me know. You should also have an option to delete all mail sent from a source of your choosing.

I can not believe you deleted my decades of email history because I didn’t log in further 12 months. Shame on you…
Disgusted. All my kids pics, documents, etc from before I could save on phone. I was sick and need that history.

What the ****, you have deleted all my email without seeking my permission what rubbish, those were important and old emails for me some were my old memories how can you even do that ? This is ridiculous Yahoo Mail absolutely discussing, how can you clean my draft and my save emails ?

Hey I want to start off by saying **** yahoo. ! Had this account for about 20 yrs and they randomly deleted everything cause of inactivity for 12 months. Never a warning or nothing. I now can't access one of my Snapchat accounts i.have countless memories too when i.was in my early 20s and deleted all my archived pics I had when I was young. I will never be able to retrieve or see them again. Man ******* unreal. I'm deleting my main work yahoo. And never using you guys again. ******* ridiculous **** yall

How about fixing the search function which is hopeless at finding emails and then fix the missing email problem. Emails from up to a week ago are just not there in the app.

I have had to create a custom Python script to clean my inbox from emails older than 90 Days. Please provide an easy-to-use function that will allow your users to purge emails easily from their Account Management area.

You can improve by not allowing old phone numbers that was once affiliated with accounts, to access accounts or to access any social media account accounts after seven years.
