How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    Please this is more than critical. All my mails disappeared. Please I want them restored. Also how do I access my old chats please

    I've tried for days to get into my email and it will not load. And the mailbox is empty. I need to retrieve an important email ASAP

    All of my stuff was deleted from my email I’ve been having this email since 7th grade im now 34 I’ve lost everything for no reason

    i could not find my earlier mails....it's automatically deleted....i want recovery...it's very tomuch important for me

    If your messages were deleted, vote this one up.

    I and many others have returned to our mailboxes to find that all of our old messages were destroyed like they were trash. I am missing precious email from deceased friends, first messages from my wife, important messages and documents from my history, Notes from Church..... Please do what you need to do to have these restored, AT ONCE. These messages were removed and I, like many people here, have no record of notice that your company planned to remove them. Restore our mail to us!

    I don't know when how and why, but today I found out all mail folders are empty. Looks like it was deleted today, because even spam was not here. Very poor service deleting mail without my permission. I can't even restore it. Too bad this email is used as login in some social media. If you forget your password you are skdo not able to restore the password because it says oops were not able to restore

    I logged into my Yahoo mail account recently and every single email sent and received has been deleted. I logged into this account every year to keep it active. Please restore my emails. Thank you.

    This email account is the first ever email account I’ve had and I’ve kept it thinking I’d always be able to access my old documents and photos and everything that I’ve had.. I can’t seem to find any of my old stuff and can only see email back to August 2023 while I’ve had this account since the early 2000s. Where is my stuff?? Before you suggest checking desktop mail..I have! It’s not in the trash/spam/archives file either!

    I had videos, pictures and voice messages that I saved in my emails along with important documents and now they are all gone and I wasn’t even notified prior to them being deleted. Now I’ve lost memories that I can’t get back or share. My nieces and future children won’t be able to see any of there great grandparents aunts and uncles, this is very sad.

    HI Yahoo, I want to recover my deactivated old email, it was 2009 the last time I used my old email, I want it to be back that email was I used to create my website. And I cannot recover my website without recovering my old email. My old email is johnmarkpelismino@yahoo.com. I hope you can fix this problem soon. Thanks.
