How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    All of my emails from the last two years are completely wiped away. I’m not understanding how this happened

    Unable to send out an email. Keep getting the message the reply to message is unverified. Please update this in Desktop Mail settings. Unable to make any changes. You have made this update unbearable. Why when it was changed over that EVERYTHING was transferred for the same information. This whole transfer has been nothing but a nightmare!

    I save this email box due fbi affirmative action group needing to communicate with me for the department group torturing me for 5 years.

    Please restore the email. The chief FBI investigator has this email in case of an emergency cc.
