How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    Please don't block any incoming mail from Facebook, I have been unable to receive my Facebook reset code.

    That's Bull that my mail was deleted I had old pictures of my kids and my mother who passed away. I left them there so they would be safe and not lost. I use this email for my important things guess I'll be going to google to use goggle email now at least they haven't deleted my stuff yet!!

    Login to my email account and all of my emails are gone what I had pics of my kids in there that I can't ever get back. Please fix this
