How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    Boa tarde.

    Eu não utilizo serviço de imap, pop ou app no celular ou pelo computador. Acesso pelo navegador de forma convencional. Hoje quando vou acessar 04/02/22. Vi que todas as minhas mensagens em pastas que por anos foram criadas e armazenadas foram apagadas pelo Yahoo .
    Eu não apaguei as minhas pastas.
    Como resolver isso? Pois, não apaguei ou autorizei

    In my trash folder from 12/22/21 to 1/16/22, the only emails showing are the unread, my read emails are not there. Can you please restore my read emails to the trash folder?

    I have an OLD yahoo email I use for signing up on websites that typically have 3rd party spamming. I never use this email account for correspondence.

    I needed to retrieve some information from this account today, and when I logged in, Yahoo took it upon themselves to erase all the data in my email (inbox, sent messages, etc) because of inactivity. Not only can I not get the information I need to dispute an online delivery, I lost dozens of messages that were at least 20 years old. I WAS NOT ASKED MY PERMISSION TO ERASE MY DATA.

    WHO FROM YAHOO IS GOING TO HELP RECOVER THIS DATA?????

    My emails for all of 2021 have disappeared. Fix this as I was waiting for an email that may have been deleted.

    The only way to improve Yahoo! mail is to shut down your own company. Deleting all emails without user consent makes any customer to NEVER trust your company's actions , never again. Yahoo! as a mail service provider is finished. Finished also is all that ad revenue you would hope for.And for real, your company is over. Just over. Time to pack and go.

    Es lamentable que borren los correos, crean barreras de seguridad que hacen que nos olvidemos de nuestro correo Yahoo y cuando uno quiere entrar son nefastos al borrar toda la información que mal
