How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    Se ha borrado todo de mi correo. Mensajes enviados, carpetas todo. Qué ha pasado? Porfavor necesito ver el historial o algo que me permita saber qué pasó.

    Has a serious issue with updating new emails. Also has an ongoing connection problem, despite connection signal being good. It used to save composed emails that were cut off halfway through writing them, but it no longer does this. The app seems to be getting from bad to worse.

    I am so ****** off right now.
    I purchased Yahoo Mail Plussometime last year.
    On June 14 I tried to log into my email.
    It was one for about 5 seconds then it said I had not emails. All my emails prior to June 15 are gone.
    I have been trying to log in to my email or get help from Support but I could do neither.
    I think that this absolutely unbelievable I like the old Yahoo Mail better.
    You are unbelievable.
    And the most ironic part is that you have a pop-up right under this comment box for Yahoo Plus 24/7 Support.

    My Account ritraj_killer721@yahoo.com was working properly and 24 months of not login never happened.
    Even than my this account was deleted by yahoo team. Now my email is working but all earlier data has been whitewashed.

    Kindly suggest how can I get my data back.

    Hello, my mom passed away in 2023 and there may have been pictures or emails that I wanted to keep….i’m not sure why this email address was reset after a year.

    contact a person via their email before closing their account would be nice. My daughter can not access any of her account and has been with Yahoo over 20 years.... What's going on with Yahoo?????
