How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    I think it’s absolute bs that you deleted emails AND folders from inactive accounts. Yes, some people have made new emails. This account held information from past schools, friends and family- some that are no longer alive. All of it, gone. I received the notification like everyone else about emails getting deleted- but the folders?! That’s personal things, memories, that I will never get back.
    Did it really affect your data that much to keep it?

    Yahoo doing auto deleting mails without knowledge of account holders, and not recover our mails which deleted by oversight after 4 -5 times raised Request. What is the problem to recover the deleted mails. I using outlook ,gmail from last 10 years, they never do like this.
    Also once permanently deleted mails also recover within 1 day. Requesting you please recover all my deleted mails on priority.

    I have lost many of my emails and at least 80 flagged emails of IMPORTANT stuff, and it’s all gone!!!

    I am so hurt and upset you people literally deleted all of my sons baby photos!!! My first born by giving the inbox a new look!nobody cares about that I hate yahoo so much the internet in general is heartless and disconnected. Feeling very sad

    My emails in my account have all been deleted! I have crucial documents and correspondence in there! Yahoo has no right to destroy my property! Please restore it!

    Do you want a class action lawsuit initiated against you for all the people you have harmed through this negligent action? Because you will get one, guaranteed.

    This is highly irregular and illegal.

    I'm missing important emails from my insurance because they're being archived instead of going to my inbox. There's no clear setting to stop this.

    Hello Yahoo, I have been regularly using mail service and keeping it active. But, I find that since my last login was in Feb 22 you have inactivated mailbox and even gone on to delete mails without any intimation. This is unfair policy and not acceptable. How can I get my old mailbox? Pls suggest. Thanks

    I can't find my old correspondence with my contacts since the year 2007 .. I didn't delete them. Please, how can I get them back. I can only see the last year incoming emails.
