How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    You've deleted all my old emails because I haven't opened my account for a few years? Are you serious?! Is yahoo this pathetic now? I shouldn't have trusted you for my privacy and my important stuffs.

    Can’t believe you’re that bad and have such disregard for people - you know some can be inactive for a number of health reasons and this inmoral practices are insane

    I wrote out something long and very important and sent it
    The email is GONE- it was not received! It is not in
    My sent file, not in drafts!
    Its just gone! I NEED TO FIND IT

    Idc if it takes me a thousand years to log in I’ve lost memories twice because of your decision to delete an account that seems to be inactive after 365 days 🤬😡😡🤬🤬

    You deleted a life time of FAMILY PHOTOS & DOCUMENTS because I didn’t login for a period of time. Yahoo, this is plain CRAZY. A lifetime deleted, bunch of ivory tower millennials. How can you impose time limits on logging back onto previous accounts! People get busy with work & life, how RIDICULOUS!

    Why did you delete all of my emails?! I'm trying to retrieve an account from a different app and now I can't because you wiped my Inbox clean! I hate you!

    I am so incredibly sad that today I logged into my email address that I’ve had my entire life (my dad created it for me when I was maybe 5 years old), and discovered that Yahoo went ahead and “cleaned up” my inbox by deleting every email I’ve ever sent or received on that account. I had virtual birthday cards from my dad, messages from my now deceased grandmother, correspondence with my childhood friends, pictures of my childhood pets, and so much more. It was a record of my childhood. And it was deleted without my knowledge. I think this is just horrifying. And I can’t even contact support because now that is apparently something you have to pay for? This forum was literally the only thing I could find. I am literally heart broken to have lost these emails. This is absolutely awful.
