How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    when deleting all messages then by default starred messages should not get deleted or at the least get prompted If we would like to delete or keep starred messages.

    Keep emails in trash on iPad LONGER than a week. Keep them for one year.

    Sir My large buck important mail has been deleted by your auto deleted by your policy. kindly review and Restore my mails please otherwise I have to be dissatisfy and disappoint by your new yahoo.. that is very big loss of my important mails..It will un recoverable loss.. so kindly do something for my favor plz..

    Why have all my emails been deleted?
    Profile login codes.
    All my favorite poetry.
    My autobiography.
    Mail from my friends who are dead and gone.
    Important things I needed to use.
    And most of all, a lot of proof of domestic abuse that I needed for court, it's all gone, you have ruined me.
    Shame on you.

    Where are my emails going?? I keep emails I’m my inbox foe easy access but after a few days they disappear, nowhere to be found! Why???? Please help! Why is it doing that? Where are they going? Even when using the search bar to find they are not there!

    Please restore my inbox as yahoo deleted all my mails due to my inactivity.
    Those mails were and are very critical for me.

    Very upset that yahoo deleted my emails because you felt I was not using my email often enough! I had very important emails that were deleted. The 7 day recovery is a joke. How about restoring all the emails you deleted without my knowledge or approval?!

    I went on my mails today like any other say and deleted the unopened emails I didn't need. However it's deleted every single email in my inbox and isn't letting me restore them???

    Please assist me all my old emails where erased. Ome morning i logged in and they where gone. Need help in returning inbox to the way it was. As well as returning removed contacts

    Leave all personal emails in the inbox but delete all business emails. After they are 2 years old.

    80% of Sent mail does not show in sent box. Sometimes comes in for a minute then disappears. You never know what you have sent because it isn't showing in SENT BOX. Same as many others. I do not see any help in forum.

    All of my emails have been erased and I could not be more upset. I’ve never had such an awful email account as my yahoo. How can anyone do this to a person? with zero warning pictures, videos, and other email content that was very important to me has been erased without my permission. I will contact customer service to see if my emails can be restored but this is unacceptable and I will tell anyone and everyone not to use yahoo mail.

    Mail that I send often does NOT show in the SENT box. This needs to be corrected!!
