How can we improve Yahoo Mail Mobile Web?

I don’t understand. I’m in tears. ALL of my emails are completely gone. Even archived ones. My old phone broke with my passwords, and was unable to get on my yahoo and hotmail. Life happens. I never received any type of warning/notification or anything. However, my Hotmail/outlook is fine although the timing was the same as yahoo. How can you do this to people?! I had photos and emails from my grandfather who has now passed. I had important documents. I had emails I absolutely loved and so many photos/memories. Other email services don’t do this to people. I have hotmail/outlook and gmail. You break people’s hearts. Please help restore our emails. Please. And please stop doing this. No one should use this It’s terrible.

If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2018.html

If this does not apply to you, You can try doing a search or doing an email restore if the email was deleted in the past 7 days.

In case you are using a mail client such as Outlook or the Native mobile app, emails may be deleted by that third party client. We do recommend accessing your mail via http://yahoo.com or the Yahoo Mail app to avoid this issue.

    Came back here to retrieve old childhood photos and some documents.. They're all gone!! Checked the trash/spam bin to see if they may have gotten moved there somehow... nope! Yahoo deleted them WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. How ******* rude and inconsiderate?!?! Good job yahoo I won't be using this ******** email anymore!

    How about: don't. Even if you needed to save space, it should've been possible to convert it all to text only and save it to a doc...what is that, like 1,200 kb, tops?

    Why are my old emails disappearing ? I had an email only like 2months ago from a merchant and needed that email as evidence and yahoo mail are somehow deleting my old emails. It was only like 2months ago. Is this going go get fixed or not as this is so inconvenient.
