Something error in yahoo cos email are not receiving me

I don't receive my Microsoft Account Verification Codes. I've already tried it 3 times, I didn't even receive any.

E-mail com bloqueio de acesso após entrada de verificação se o cliente não é um robô. Impede digitar a senha e obstrui o acesso ao e-mail alegando problemas no sistema. Para um novo acesso é necessário cadastrar nova senha. Já estou na décima !!! Que absurdo .
