If I mark a message in the spam folder as not spam, then automaticall generate a rule to prevent the sender from being placed in spam again.

Hi Glenda, when you mark an email in the spam folder as NOT spam, yes it automatically allows that email address to come to your Inbox. If it doesn't happen right away, just do it one more time and it'll be saved in your spam filters. If it keeps happening, check the email address, it's most likely different. Thanks!
