    Hi Kim, we are definitely seeing this reported but we can't seem to replicate. If you resize the window does this help? Make the window bigger, wider. If this doesn't help, please email us a video/screenshot and browser/browser version to oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com. That would be super helpful. Thank you for your help!

    Thank you for letting us know! We have seen this reported and we need some more info/help! Can you send us a video, a screenshot and browser info/version to oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com? That would be super helpful to us as we cannot replicate the issue. We also recommend checking your window size. If you enlarge it, does this issue go away?

    Hi Brad, thanks for the feedback. We will indeed share this with the right team. We actually do provide tools to help delete your emails or at least get it to 20GB. Looking at your Inbox, you will see the storage cloud icon in the bottom, left hand corner. Click on that and can manage your storage there. We have where you can sort by media, attachments, etc. This is not a email volume issue, but an attachments issue. Once you use the tool there, you can certainly bulk delete.
    And in general, looking at your Inbox, in the top right hand side, you will see sorting options, one being "Largest First." Once in that sorting view, you can click on one checkbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top, from there you can Select All and then Delete All. So as you can see, we have a lot of options to help you manage your storage. Hope this helps!

We need the browser (since there's tons out there), the browser version and a video of this happening. We cannot replicate the issue.     Hi Laura, yes we will be adding this ability at a later time. The ability to minimize the right hand column. Currently, it's only available for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers since there's an ad there. We will share with our team, but it is on the way. Thank you!

    This is also mentioned at the top of our Uservoice header, but coming soon the ability to default to the "All" category instead of "Priority." Also, we understand you might not need your emails organized into categories. Therefore, you can go back to having just one Inbox. Just go to your Settings > Personalize Inbox > Toggle off Inbox Categories. Hope this helps everyone!
