An error occurred while saving the comment This is also mentioned at the top of our Uservoice header, but coming soon the ability to default to the "All" category instead of "Priority." Also, we understand you might not need your emails organized into categories. Therefore, you can go back to having just one Inbox. Just go to your Settings > Personalize Inbox > Toggle off Inbox Categories. Hope this helps everyone!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Lisa, this is actually an issue or a setting Uservoice changed on us. We don't control Uservoice, a third party forum. We simply use it for our user feedback. It seems all the threads and comments have been hidden. We are working with them to correct this. Thank you!

An error occurred while saving the comment Let us go step by step on how to keep your folders expanded.
1. You will need to expand the left side column first.
2. From the Inbox, hover your mouse over the edge of your Inbox (left side)
3. Double arrows will appear and you can click to expand column
4. When the column expanded, a drop down arrow will appear next to Folders
5. Click on that and the Folders will stay expanded for that session, even if you are checking emails, the folder list will stay expandedThe folders will collapse back if you refresh, close the window or log out of the account.
