My spam and unwanted are getting worse as far as number of emails coming in. Is there unsubscribe function or block? I'm getting close to closing this account and opening up a new one with another email service that has this option. It's not something I want to do because I've been associated with this email for multiple years but what else am I supposed to do to get rid of these harassing emails. I try to go in and add the emails as they come in to the block list but it's randomized emails so they just send it the same type of email through a different account even though all the emails are titled the same.

Hi, I am annoyed that I cannot block messages, there is no “security and privacy” to select and no “block” to select to block obscene emails I dont even want in my spam account. This is terrible

I am being disenabled to block domain extensions. I need to block .xyz Spam as well as different countries, intermittently
the spam is definitely phishing and mining across ALL of my accounts. I also manually reporting the activity, but it does not cease.

Stop changing things you're not fixing anything or making things easier you're just stuffing things up more than they are, if you want to fix your email system add somewhere people can block and delete sites from sending junk mail not just block individual emails but be able to block the actual site they are sending them from just like other email systems allow blocking of entire sites I and most other people are sick of junk mail from scammers and other disgusting intrusive sites like paylionet for one site that needs to be blocked outright

There should be an option to block mail sender.

The block domain feature is useless without allowing wildcard characters for the extension, to block all versions of a spoofed email address at someDomainName.*** Spammers in my junk folder use spammer@someDomainName.xyz, spammer@someDomainName.biz, spammer@someDomainName.net, etc. I need this feature in order to pay $5/mo for yahoo+.

I will more like to Yahoo Mobile Web to improve in mail plus not limited only for 3 block function especially for block sender information because I also like with new design yahoo mail use the blue colour.

Blocking accounts from real people and not business domains is extremely complicated and appears to not be possible. I have tried both on mobile app and a web browser and it is not possible on either.
I also googled how to block a sender multiple times and yahoos directions are outdated to an older irrelevant format on google and your own site.
It states to go into settings -> more settings, the second step “more settings” doesn’t even exist on mobile or browser.
Blocking unwanted contacts and emails from personal emails NEEDS to be a lot easier, or do able at all. Thank you!
