Deleted messages
I accidentally deleted a very important email and I can not find it anywhere. Maybe a holding place for 7 days in case this happens for emails that were accidentally deleted

Lost all email because I upgraded my phone. No customer service. Just an AI chat that can’t help

I use the app almost every day. I upgraded my phone so yahoo deleted every email. Said accessing app does not Count as logging in so too bad.
Horrible customer service. I tell everyone now Beware. Yahoo can delete all your mail even if you use the app every day
