Don’t make users pay for the only way to unlock an account
My account got locked somehow even though I have multiple factor identifications and have used them all to try signing in. I somehow only have access to mail on my phone but the system won’t let me change my password or unlock my account from here. I’ve had this account for decades and whenever I try to get help unlocking it the only option is to PAY to call you guys? What terrible customer service and honestly it’s such a scam. I’ve been chugging along at yahoo all these years instead of switching over to Gmail because it was easier not to but thanks for giving me a reason to do so. I hope you come to your senses and change your mind that it’s not actually ethical business practice to charge for HELP. Thanks for nothing
